Mind Your Fitness has been the best nutrition coaching tool I have ever used, Kristy has been super supportive and understanding during all situations and issues I have thrown at her. I can’t thank her her enough for all the knowledge and support she has given me!
First Class Coaching
Kristy is the first coach I’ve had that appears to genuinely care for her clients as individuals. I’ve worked with her as both a group client and a 121 coaching client and both experiences were excellent. I lost 10kg based on her advice and support and she also advised me on nutrition during my pregnancy. Without hesitation she has also answered questions before and after being a paying member.
Kristy not only helped me make better food choices but she also helped me break down the some of the mental blocks/challenges that come with body image/weight loss, in a way that no other coach has.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kristy and Mind Your Fitness and if I feel I need extra support in the future I won’t be going anywhere else.

I’ve only been part of mind your fitness for just over a month and I have nothing but positive things to say about Kristy as well as the group.
the information provided is great as it is not just about weight loss it makes you think about nutrition and your relationship with food as well as fitness tips. All materials are accessible at any time and there are so many useful items.
Apart from Kristy coaching other members of the group are supportive and encouraging.
Payment information was clear and I got a clear e mail saying when payment would be taken and how much.
In one month my whole relationship with food has changed,my choices have changed, I’m eating more than ever exercising more in the way I like and losing weight , that’s a winner in my book 😀
Kristy has changed my life
Kristy has changed my life, truly. I’ve been a 1:1 coaching client, and part of the group community.
She changed my attitude towards food, my body, and taught me things about nutrition that I’ve spent years trying to get my head around.
To do this process, you have to be willing and ready to change — and open to challenging what you’ve done before.
This is not a quick fix, it’s not a crash diet, it’s not a book that you have to buy. This is steps to changing your whole attitude and having autonomy over your body and choices. If you want something that will tell you there’s an easy way, this isn’t for you. But if you want something science based, and that will stick with you for the rest of time, this is for you.
As an athlete, and as a woman, I can’t recommend this enough — and I’ve recommended it to pretty much everyone I know!
The best mind & fitness group you could ever find.
I don’t even know where to start with the positives of this group. A knowledgeable, approachable and passionate coach is just the start. I’ve been apart of this group since day 1 and I stay because I love to see the journey of all the other amazing people! Although I have learned enough myself to leave through the resources & support of Kristy and the group. I choose to stay. Her passionate and drive is nothing but awe inspiring. Nothing any of the member I’ve seen in the years have asked of her is too much. From Sunday evening mentoring lives, to weekly check ins. She is there for it.
I’ve been able to learn so much and take what I’ve learned to now educate my teenager on a nutritionally balanced lifestyle too! My mindset around food, weight and general body positivity is all down to Kristy and the support at Mind Your Fitness. You wouldn’t regret a second of the time spent learning with us I promise 😊
Couldn’t recommend enough.
I have had experience with a few different coaches but Kristy is set apart, not just because of her knowledge of nutrition, but the role psychology plays a part in what we eat and what we do. I have learnt so much from her. As a person who has always struggled with her weight and never understood what I was doing wrong, as I have a good grasp of nutrition and energy balance. Kristy doesn’t make you feel like you’re not trying hard enough. She understands.
I had some time out from Mind Your Fitness for personal reasons and then came back to it. My Mum and Dad actually passed away shortly before. Kristy wasn’t interested in taking my money and running. She asked me questions making sure I was ready to work on myself again and that this wouldn’t be detrimental to me. That’s not a person who is money grabbing. That’s a person who cares more than anyone about her clients.

I don't know how Kristy does it but she always seems to post exactly what I need and when I need it on her supportive FB group. She is amazing and I am learning so much on my journey with her. She is a credit to the nutrition/health industry. Thank you Kristy
Mind Your Fitness should be taught in schools!
Kristy’s program has really changed my outlook and relationship with food. Guilt eating and SW ways we’re something I’ve always struggled to overcome but slowly and surely her method has helped me work towards a positive relationship with nutrition, something I never would have got if I’d gone back to another ‘let’s sit down and judge what you’ve eaten this week’ group.
I have now left the group as I felt I’d learnt what I could for the time being and could manage on my own but I still see regular and informative posts on her Instagram that aren’t covered in most other weight loss plans. The group was very supportive and motivating if I was having a good or even bad week and I knew Kristy was only a DM away if I needed that extra bit of guidance. Like all good teachers I’ve had in the past, I have her reassuring phrases and methods that are at the back of my mind when I’m having difficult time or body image issues. Her approach to the weight loss industry is something I’ve not seen before and that’s so refreshing after years of yo-yo dieting. I will always recommend people to have a look at her Instagram who are not getting the lasting results with the quick fix plans that are out there to take your money and not give them same compassion or support her group does.
Keep doing what you’re doing Kristy, it really does change people’s lives who are committed to complete mindset change ❤️
Changed my life
I started working with Kristy in March 2020 just about as we entered lockdown. Firstly I did a 12 week group course and although did not lose masses I lost 30+cms. I then moved to being one of Kristy’s 1:1 clients. In fact I have just signed off with her because she has taught me everything she knows and then some. I have learned so much about nutrition but more valuably so much about myself. Kristy really gets into the why you eat and how you feel about your body.
Kristy is the kindest, honest and most genuine person you could ever wish to meet. Nothing is too much trouble even when her life is in turmoil she is always there for her clients. She works like a Trojan to make sure her clients are looked after. I often felt that my monthly fee never covered the care and attention she gave me. Kristy gives away masses of free content too.
I am a little sad not to be a client anymore but she has given me the tools to carry on my journey. Those darn scales still have not moved (not that I weigh myself anymore) but the tape measure has. I have lost a further 65 cms as a 1:1 client which puts me close to having lost triple digits!

Such a life changing group and service
Kristy is the only person who has been able to allow me to grow and deal with my relationship with food but in a positive way.
I was a 1:1 client with Kristy for months and months and I have never felt so supported, she was always there if I needed her, no matter what time.
I have now progressed to the Facebook group - and this is such good value for money! The support from everyone is amazing, and the information that is available is all you could ever need.
Honestly this is such an amazing group, and I have to thank Kristy for everything. You would not regret joining this group xx
I was in Kristy's very first intake in 2019
I was in Kristy's very first intake on MYF back in 2019. She really helped educate me about food and nutrition and also my self worth when I was struggling. She is a great teacher and hugely knowledgeable and passionate about delivering a great product and service. I have recently signed up with Kristy again for 1-2-1 coaching after regaining some weight after all the Covid lockdowns. She has been a massive help already and I look forward to continuing to work with her. Give MYF a try, you won't regret it.

The amount of information she has packed into this group is really incredible. Its allowed me to finally feel empowered about my nutrition. By joining MYF you will absolutely learn all the tools to take care of your nutrition and health life long. I really couldn't recommend working with her more.

What can I say about Kristy! What a truly lovely human, she has worked super hard to put together a programme that you can tailor to suit you, the members only Facebook group helps keep you accountability too. What i really love is that she helps you realise this is all down to you, she gives you the knowledge and the tools but lots of encouragement but unless you actually do the do and make the change, working each day to get to your goals it just won’t work. What’s the best though is once you get that in your head and it clicks, once you do get to those goal it’s down to you really which is why you can take it forward for life. No more looking for the next quick fix and hoping someone else will do it for you.
I have rejoined the past week as I’ve got a little side tracked with life, had some trauma happen and fell back into the trap of emotional eating and just wanted to be in that supportive bubble for a while. I get a graduate monthly rate and it’s worth every penny less than a £1 a day. I know I won’t need to stay forever but I need that re visit to the weekly videos and encouragement of the members plus the weekly check ins.
Kristy is truly an angel she has helped me feel more in control of my body and how I view it, I am much more body confident, have a better relationship with food but that’s still work in progress after years of “diet culture” and as I said I know it’s down to me.
If you want someone to hand hold you, tell you what to eat and exactly what exercise but also someone to the blame when it doesn’t work, this isn’t the group for you but if you want to feel empowered, learn about nutrition, make the changes yourself with Kristy's support and advice, help change the conversation around you about food and diet and make some lovely friends within the membership then it’s perfect for you.
Kristy is very up front about how the group works so research it and if you join we look forward to meeting you x

Warning - be careful!
Be extremely careful that you know what you are signing up for. I joined what I believed to be a 12 week programme in July 2019, and only just realised I’d been paying £15 a month for access to a Facebook group (hubby’s PayPal). I don’t have an issue about the money (£270 in total), as it was my fault for not realising sooner. What I do have an issue with is this £15 a month is meant to be for coaching/support which I didn’t receive at all. If I’d realised I was paying I would have made sure I received this! The blurb on her website makes her sound genuine and caring, but the first thing she did when I contacted her was block me from her FB group and Insta! She hasn’t offered any support or to try to rectify the situation, and has now told me she won’t reply to any of my emails. I hope she does the decent thing and gives the money to charity. I also hope she takes the feedback on board that to charge a monthly fee and provide no support is unethical. I learned nothing new from her content plus lots of freely available resources from household names offer content for free. Also one of these reviews is her partner, so hardly impartial!
Response to your reply - let's stick to the facts 1. My email to you was entirely amicable, but your reply offered zero support or to try to rectify. You were ignoring me until I posted on here. 2. We did communicate via FB messenger in August 2020, 8 months ago! I've always responded on messenger but your preferred method is tagging on FB (which I have deactivated), and you seem to do the same to at least 20 other paying members. Tagging someone and getting no reply is not support or value for money. 3. I have now received one month subscription back via PP, but it was never about the money it was about the lack of support. I’ve admitted my mistake, why can’t you admit to your shortcomings in providing a service. I would suggest anyone check out Lucy Wyndham-Read for someone who genuinely cares about their clients.

I just wanted to take a second to say how brilliant Kristy is and how good Mind your Fitness is!
I’ve taken a back seat for the last few weeks (had A LOT to deal with in my personal life that’s tried to derail me) but I’m back fully committed from now and I can still happily say I’m doing much better with my food choices and I’m actually still lighter than when I started (even though weight isn’t my focus with being pregnant-more choosing more nutritiously).
I still have a lot to learn and take on board and to do this fully, you need to be open to learn but it’s honestly been the first time I’ve felt like I’m learning about food, nutrition and mental health (and the affects it all has).
