Greetings,
We were not able to find any e-mails from your address, nor any Tickets on our Discord concerning such issues. So we're sorry we didn't reply to your questions, but we simply didn't receive them.
We did, however, find your server on our list, and it appears you have listed it as a Cross-Platform server (Accepting both Java and Bedrock connections) - While the Java connection is online, the Bedrock connection is offline (verifiable by third party APIs such as mcsrvstat.us), thus making your server register as offline.
For future reference, we query all servers every 10 minutes give or take (we check twice when they come up as offline, to rule out the possibility of a temporary network issue), and give all server owners a convenient manual reping button on their listing.
I hope this helps, for any further clarification needed please feel free to reach out to us over on our Discord server :)
EDIT: This server owner reached out to us and we were able to solve their issue. The problem was related to a bug with our just-released server querying script.

Great, but few suggestions.
It’s great. But can you make a new servers category for bedrock and Java, so my server can pop up there?

Thank you for your kind words! We do have server lists for both Java ( https://minecraft.buzz/servers ) as well as Bedrock ( https://minecraft.buzz/bedrock ) servers. We don't maintain a cross-platform server list, as it's not something users usually search for (They're usually looking for servers that suit the client they're playing on, regardless of whether they support both client types or not), but you're more than welcome to post your suggestions in the corresponding channel of our Discord server. We always love to get user feedback!

Good service, server real-time query to be improved
Good service with several feathures to monitor your server and good analytics. For some servers it doesn't show the max number of players, or the number of players online. And of course having a long list of servers being visible is not easy.

Truth is we had been having issues with our server querying for some time, but we recently (shortly after your review) released a new updated system which should keep all server information fresh at all times (Server queries every 10-15 minutes). This should take care of any previous issues, but if you face anything out of the ordinary please let us know via a Discord ticket! :)

Used the site once yet they spam my inbox with a bunch of trash. DO NOT ENTER!!! They dont even ask you for your consent they just spam. They also keep emailing me and asking to leave a 5 star review here.

Animated banners are deliberately disallowed on our website, as they can hugely impact loading speeds, especially for users with poor internet connections (Our site loads in around 3 seconds, compared to some competitors using GIFs with over 40 seconds load times!). That being said, we're the only website to allow 2x resolution banners, taking full advantage of retina displays, for very smooth and crispy graphics!
