They did not take into account what I told them (not even what was for sure not correct) and did not check the receipts I sent them to verify the calculations. The report I received is useless.

Got a very promising report from them
Got a very promising report from them, but my landlord refused every item from the report with explanations based on German law.
I forwarded it to MINEKO and after 2 and a half weeks there's no any update from them.
