The best men cologne! Very original smells and great customer service and packaging

I bought the sample kit first, I really liked them all. Some had sweet, Smokey notes. I purchased shamrock, patchouli & narghile which were my favorites

I ordered a sample set and waited two weeks for delivery. When the package arrived, the exterior was in good condition but the sample box was mangled, and some of the samples were broken.

I requested a refund. Davide, the fulfillment and shipping associate, offered a refund or another sample so I decided to give them another chance. They shipped another sample kit and it came in a lot less time and in a much nicer package. It makes me wonder why they shipped the first one the way they had.

Two of the sample vials we’re nearly empty. In one kit, I had two of the same perfume samples.

I have written to them several times since getting my package and they are not acknowledging the problem. This morning I awoke to a message that my last email cannot be delivered.

I’d like a refund for what I consider to be an unfulfilled order. If we pay for 10 samples, we should get 10 different fragrances with vials being nearly full.

I hope to hear from you or I will take the next step forward. You have all of my information and should be able to make contact with me.

Got 2 discovery sets, almost all perfumes are quite nice, I had to make a list in my notes for when ordering in the future. The ordering and shipping went really well. The encasing, presentation is excellent. The scents have great silage and projection. I recommend them very much, can hardly wait to get a few bottles from MINE.

The Oud, Sahel, Dark Mahore and Patchouli are very very nice and unique. It was really hard to not order most of the samples, since they're such nice smells, so I ended up ordering Oud and Patchouli. As a perfume addict, I seriously recommend you at least get their sample set.

I ended up using the sample discount and ordered the Oud and Patchouli, order was easy, quick and the perfumes are just superb. I have to resist buying some of their other ones such as Sahel, Dark Mahore, Corium, Martinique, Vetiver, Arche which were also very nice in the sample

I recently placed an order (#WB-201214) which included complimentary perfume samples, as clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, the samples were not included in my package. I reached out to customer service three times and received no response for quite a while. When I finally did get a reply, I was simply told that the samples were out of stock at the time — and that was it.

No offer to send them later, no follow-up, no real attempt to resolve the issue. It was handled as if nothing had happened.

The perfumes themselves are excellent, which makes this even more disappointing. However, the customer service and overall approach to customers in this situation were very poor.

Great products, but unfortunately a very frustrating customer experience.

Second time I have bought from them and product fantastic and communication fantastic.

I enjoyed the fragrance, shipping is fast and nice detail.

I ordered the sample-set, and received it fast, in eastern-europe. Great shopping experience and great products.

The samples I ordered are just perfect, i have never experienced such pure and natural scent that does not iritate or overwhelm. I love it and its true craftsmanship at the highest level!

Purchased several of the sample sets and already like many of the fragrances, and even better received several complaints. Will definitely purchase larger volume bottles once I reach my favorite list. My favorite aspect is the length at which they last and seemingly ever change scent as time goes on.

Very potent, long lasting, beautiful fragrance, I'm impressed, really!

smells cheap

I just received my Alleria fragrance..
yesterday. And I am so happy with it! My husband tells me the scent is “light, soft, and clean”. And he’s my most important reviewer!
I started out as a Mineperfumelab follower, I am now a Mineperfumelab cheerleader.
