Disappointing Product Condition & Zero Customer Support
My order arrived in a sealed plastic bag because the original box was completely torn. Inside, one of the powder containers was already open with both the inner and outer seals broken, resulting in half the product spilling out.
I emailed Mineral Republic the same day to resolve this. Despite their website promising a response within 24 hours, it has been 5 days with no reply or even an acknowledgment.
Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Tastes good, not a 5 cause of very little added edulcorant plus difficulty to disolve (some small poweder always stays at the bottom).

One of the best tasting electrolyte…
One of the best tasting electrolyte powder in my opinion. Its tasty,and has at least 10000mg of potassium as well the other minerals that are imperative for good sound health. Y delivery was quick and without issues. I use this on days I need extra energy, and an hour before a workout.

I bought it 4-5 times. Drink it daily. Really good taste and good quantities of minerals. Sometimes there's a a bit of residue on the bottom - not everything dissolves. But I give it a swirl and it's fine. It dissolves after a while but I drink it fast. As others have mentioned, it is frequently out of stock. But it seems to be resolves now.

The product is excellent BUT...
The product is excellent and the best part for me is the high potassium content. That is rare. I've had about 50 tubs over the years.
The difficulty is two fold: 1. they are always out of stock have not been able to get any (from Amazon) for about 2 months now. Had this issue before. 2. The company are unresponsive to emails. Have contacted twice to enquire when product back in stock. No reply and no hint on their website.
I'm now out of stock and have taken to buying pure potassium chloride from a chemical supplier as a cheap substitute to make my own. That's not good.

Blade tip found in tub.
A word of warning when buying Mineral Republic electrolytes - I have found the tip of a cutting blade in my latest batch. Luckily I had noticed it in my scoop before putting in my glass!
Have sent Mineral Republic two emails and have tried using their WhatsApp contact but had no luck. Have attempted to escalate the issue.

Poor service
Poor service, no communication, ordered goods on the 29/05/23- 7 days later no goods, emailed three times -no response. 14 days later since made purchase - no response. Had to ask my card issuer for my money back. Will never buy from this company.
