Incredibly arrogant and rude customer service – Avoid this shop!
I assembled a premium shopping cart worth nearly €1,000 (over 24,000 CZK) and sent a polite inquiry asking about their discount codes. The reply I received from a support agent named Francesca was shockingly arrogant, condescending, and completely unprofessional.
First, she bluntly stated that orders of my amount are just "common practice" for them – basically telling me that they do not care about my business and do not need my money. Second, instead of being helpful, she used an interrogative tone, demandingly questioning me about exactly where I found the codes, treating me with suspicion rather than respect.
Finally, there was absolutely no effort to find a solution, no alternative offer, and zero customer appreciation.
If a shop treats premium customers with such disrespect and coldness before a purchase is even made, I do not want to know how poorly they handle actual issues like shipping damages or returns.
I will gladly take my money to a merchant who actually values their customers. Definitely NOT recommended!
