I cannot recommend Minerva highly enough. From design to installation the team were such a pleasure to work with. The quality of their work is incomparable, bespoke, handmade, everything you want. I now have a beautiful kitchen thanks to them.

We absolutely love our Minerva kitchen. The company were great from the start. They were extremely helpful with design and had some great ideas about space usage etc.
The fitting was also very good. Our fitter has done an extremely good job and the kitchen is everything we wanted.

I’d like to share just how delighted I am with my gorgeous new designer shaker kitchen, it’s a delight to see completed, and so harmonious with the aesthetic of the historic building.
I can’t praise enough the quality, craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail shown throughout the design and installation by each member of the team from start to finish which is exactly what I was expecting when I chose Minerva with this project, and made for a pleasantly stress free experience, for me anyway!

The kitchen that we acquired when we bought our house was just fine -- not our dream kitchen, but nice enough that we felt guilty redoing it. Then we decided to install underfloor heating, which meant we had to remove the entire kitchen, and we decided that instead of putting the old kitchen back, we'd see if it would be feasible to upgrade. We looked at several big kitchen companies and didn't think they were a significant improvement on what we already had. Then we visited the Minerva Stratford showroom, where we met Kevin. It was immediately evident that Minerva kitchens were crafted by artisans, and they put care and attention to detail in everything they do. Kevin was able to speak to the materials they used, the options they offer, and the process from start to finish. He has also worked for some of those other kitchen companies in the past, so was able to tell us how Minerva was different and how their costs and products compare.
After that visit, we were sold! We hired Minerva to create our custom kitchen and the whole thing was done and installed in about four months from our first meeting. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous, and we couldn't be happier with it! Everything was done exactly as specified, each detail is meticulously accounted for, and the fitter (Matthew) was very efficient, careful, and tidy. The price was extremely reasonable, and probably not much higher than it would have been to get a bunch of pre-fabricated units from a mass-manufacturer.
I would 100% recommend Minerva to anyone who is looking to get a custom kitchen -- you won't be sorry!

Top notch craftsmanship and experienced designers have created a bespoke and highly functional kitchen and utility for us. Of four candidate suppliers Karl and Minerva were the only ones to challenge our thinking in a friendly and professional way. A better layout with fewer but more useful units has given us a superior result for very little extra expense. The care of the installation team and post-install service has been excellent.
We visited the Minerva showroom as an afterthought, expecting they would be out of our budget - so glad we went.

and competently with us on design, happily accommodating our requirements to achieve our ‘ultimate’ functional kitchen and living space.

This company was excellent to deal with no pressure from them when I was looking into buying a new kitchen. Everything was absolutely top notch. Excellent quality attention to detail was utmost in their minds. So very pleased it transormed my house. Would recommend Minerva 100 per cent.

We are delighted with our new kitchen. Everything from the design to the beautiful finish is a pleasure to use. Given that we have a challenging old house, the kitchen has made a perfect addition. We love the green colour we chose for base units and also the lovely oak table Minerva made for us. The kitchen has quietly become a perfect hub to our home.

We first used Minerva some years ago in a previous house we owned. The service and advice then was first class.

Having moved to a new house which required a kitchen revamp Minerva was our first port of call. As previously the advice was first class. There was no rush to “get it right”. The result being another fabulous kitchen delivered on time and within budget.

I own a construction company based in Hereford, I have fitted any kitchens over the years of building houses. I would only have Minerva supply and fit the kitchen for my personal house. The service from start to finish was perfect. I will be soon having them back to do my pantry and utility rooms

I can honestly say dealing with Minerva was the best choice I could have made. I went for dinner at a friends house who had recently had their kitchen done by Minerva, I was impressed. It motivated me to look into a new kitchen and I went to see them. I was struck by how proffesional and personable Karl was, he showed us options, gave ideas and was lovely to talk to. I loved the showroom (go and look) and I could feel the quality of the work they do. We had several designs and quotes from Magnet, Wren, and a few others but when we saw quality from Minerva at the price they were offering our mind was made up. These guys could charge a lot more than they do, yes you can get cheaper but it will never be as solid and just beautifully made as these kitchens. Ros our designer went above and beyond to create something that works so well and so perfectly designed and really will last for a long time( I think its 20 year warranty). We absolutely love our new kitchen from Minerva! The cabinets are beautiful and of excellent quality and you can feel the craftsmanship in very part of the kitchen, from the way the drawers close to the perfect fitting of the worktop.
We were very impressed when the kitchen was fitted with the dedication and eye for detail and then was very friendly and professional. Every morning when we step into our beautiful kitchen we are glad that we made the choice to go with Minerva.

Really happy with our kitchen, nothing was too much trouble for the guys at minerva. From our initial showroom visit through to completion Minerva were very responsive and helpful.

Minerva are an excellent company. It was clear that they have extensive experience in design and manufacture, and demonstrated a real committment to turn our vision into a reality. And they did just that.
Sure there were a few niggles along the way. Minerva responded very quickly if we felt there were problems, and resolved them to our complete satisfaction.

We were helped and guided at every stage of the design process and the attention to detail was incredible. The design team took what we wanted and enhanced it thanks to their expertise and experience. To complete the process, the total care and brilliance of the fitters gave us a truly amazing product.

We are absolutely delighted with our Minerva kitchen. It is everything we wanted from a new kitchen - a great space to cook, to socialise and just 'be', and it looks beautiful too. It blends perfectly with the style and architecture of our very old house; it is modern but sympathetic. We have had so many compliments about it. From the outset and first meeting, Minerva listened to our requirements and 'wish list' and incorporated these into a stunning design, whilst also offering many creative suggestions and advice. The quality of the craftsmanship and build quality of the kitchen is second to none. The wood (particularly the walnut) is gorgeous. Amazing attention to detail was shown, for example our island drawers were cut from one large piece, therefore allowing the grain to 'line up' continuously across the drawers. When it came to building the kitchen, the team were so professional and meticulous. Nothing was too much trouble and they were a pleasure to have around. Six months on, we are still delighted and enjoy it more every day. Huge thanks to the whole team. You have a wonderful product which is top quality and excellent value for money.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom to look around and start the design with Karl to the moment we closed the door after photographs we have been nothing but blown away by the whole service from Minerva. It was absolutely amazing throughout, nothing was overlooked, tweaks were made taking into account everything we had discussed, suggestions were given and help and advice for white goods and sinks. I didn’t quite believe how seamless it would all be but from the moment the kitchen arrived we knew we had most definitely made the right decision! it is quite simply stunning and the fitting was master craftsmen!
We absolutely love our kitchen and have started saving for the utility already! We highly highly recommend, if you want true value for money, attention to detail and a seamless service look no further!

Nothing was too much trouble to make our kitchen exactly what we were wanting. If you live in an older property, you really do need the time, thought and care that Minerva offer to create a kitchen that matches the character of the home. Their attention to detail and the quality of workmanship and materials means that our kitchen has been commented on by all, when they walk into the kitchen. I cannot recommend Karl and his team more highly.

Incredible quality and workmanship, lovely to work with and fulfilled our brief! They aren’t cheap but the quality speaks for itself.
