Utterly useless
Didn't respond to emails.
Then when cancelling due to lack of contact and only then, contact made and refused to refund.
Have to claim through credit card company and black flagged them.
They have no clue of buyers rights!

Hi,
We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We take customer service and consumer rights seriously.
After reviewing your order, we found that we did respond and were in contact regarding your purchase. By the time the cancellation request was made, the order had already been processed, so it was no longer eligible for a refund under our policy.
We're always happy to work with our customers to find a fair solution, and we're sorry we couldn't reach an outcome that met your expectations.
