I thought I’d back up all these Negative reviews. Site looks professional and new, they take the money and initially send auto emails about delay. Now nothing. No contact number, no reply to emails, a tracking number but does not register. Opened up PayPal claim. Glad used PayPal. Real shame as products looks great which I think swayed me to use them. Don’t. Wish I’d seen this before too.

Wrong graphic sent then don’t answer emails useless

Ordered the item on the 13th November and chased 4 times since ordering, no communication and no goods received, it’s simple theft

Little con man, same review as everyone else. Does not deliver, does not reply, quotes T&C's when non were sent, no option to confirm them and furthermore no confirmation email was sent. He's clearly very much in need of small amounts of money. AVOID.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews here, I was really happy with my product, delivered on time and packaged well, with very clear instructions. They went on really easily, great quality and exactly what I specified. Will be using again 👍

why didnt i read all of these reviews, sadly im saying the same as everyone else on here, no sign of the item, no reply to emails, theres no contact phone number. ive just managed to get a refund though paypal thankfully

Absolutely terrible company, waited 11 day's up to now, no communication, I'm opening a Dispute with PayPal. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Lots of people getting the wrong item sent too!! AVOID AVOID 🚫🚫🚫🚫

Keep clear of these cowboys, orders basic strips on 16th sept and nothing rec’d by 30th with no emails no delivery confirmation and no replies to chaser emails, complaint sent to PayPal

The very worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, my order for bonnet stripes took 3 weeks to arrive and then came wrong (6 inches short) a common mistake from all accounts, numerous emails not replied to which again is the norm for this cowboy outfit, avoid at all costs, I will be contacting trading standards about Mini Graphics as they need to be stopped from doing this.

Why did not read the negative reviews before placing my order?!!! Ordered mini bonnet & boot stripes, waited 3 weeks for delivery only to receive the wrong items!! No phone number and only an e-mail address - what way is that to run a company? Tried e-mailing several times but no response. Given up but would like a refund which is never going to happen. A stressful time & £30 out of pocket for dealing with this useless company!! Please AVOID ordering anything from them & keep your sanity and retain your bank balance

Same… NO COMMUNICATION. ZERO customer service. The website offers the possibility of rushed service via contacting them to discuss. Which is somewhat interesting as it’s difficult to do so unless the business actually responds to a customer contact to begin with. The product I’m purchasing was originally a custom design/order. Product quality isn’t particularly great (brittle and tears easily - even when parked almost 90% of the time indoors and hand washed only with gentle professional detailing products specifically designed for vinyl without power washing) but it’s still served the intended purpose regardless. In 6 years this is my third version. After multiple attempts no e-mail response for a simple status update and no response from the website form.. nothing.. just the standard auto response to be contacted “as soon as possible”. Wish I would have read these reviews before and it been made clear by the business how long a roof graphic such as this would actually take to both manufacture and ship. A simple e-mail response to communicate status would be fantastic. MINI Graphics UK: if you ever read these reviews a one star average rating by all these consumers here alone should be screaming volumes about your reputation with customers so you can address the apparent deficiencies.

I placed my order and within 2 weeks I received my bonnet and boot stripes; however, the bonnet stripes were incorrect. I therefore emailed and used the contact form on numerous occasions to arrange for a replacement. With no response I was eventually left with no choice but to raise a claim via paypal. Un-surprisingly they even failed to respond to paypals' request for further information! Looking at other reviews on Trustpilot, I'm not the first person to experience issues with this company and I certainly wouldn't recommend. I honestly don't know how this company is still trading. Very poor.

Poor products not like described - its going to cost me 45 gbp. in total to return this faulty/wrong item (including import duty). In stead of them shipping me new ones that are like described on the website - AVOID THEM!

Avoid this company, 16 days!! and still waiting for my order. They do not answer emails and there is no contact number. I am now going to try and get my money back.....

As others state I do not understand why this company is still trading. Orders items 17th Feb chase up early March as still no items . Email and use contact form no response had to claim money back via paypal.

Very disappointed. Ordered 20th Feb, was told ready for delivery 28th Feb. Still waiting 9th March. Going to chargeback.

Another bad review.
Stripes arrived, but wrong ones sent.
They don't answer emails or phone calls.

I thought I'd give this company a try but alas the reviews are right. Money taken immediately - product never arrived. They did communicate with me and said the 2-3 day delivery time listed on their website is correct. What they don't tell you is the manufacturing process timescale... this was not clear even after email exchanges. I would have waited for the product if they had been open and honest from the outset. Maybe they need a new manufacturing process to speed up the whole customer experience. At the moment I couldn’t recommend this company.

I ordered some graphics as a Christmas present on December 14th as the site suggested it would take 2-3 working days. I reached out to them several times asking for an update yet I got ZERO reponse.
The graphics showed up on 14th Jan but were not as described. The only options you have for contact is a webform or email address. Neither get answered, ever. My advice would be not to use this company. They dont appear to be scammers, but if you have a problem you will never get it resolved.
I have tried all I can to resolve amicable but now I requested a refund and will be complaining to my credit card company and the consumer rights. A crappy course of action I know, but this company should not be allowed to operate like this, pandemic or not.
