Watch out if you phone Mini-ITX
Sadly this company uses the dodgy practice of using an 0845 number as their most prominent contact number (+44 (0) 845 475 8 475). So a quick call about placing a prospective £2k order cost me £12.76. My fault I know, because I should have clocked the scam. Will not use them again though because of this.
Have used this company in the past and found them to be good, hence the two stars. Why do companies still resort to this practice?
Mini-ITX, please earn money through your trade, not tricking people.
So I have changed my view through 180. They listened to the criticism and have changed their website to have the free number displayed as the top option. Moreover Ewan had been very helpful in sourcing components including motherboards and power supplies. I use the company now without hesitation.

Excellent Company
The service and support I’ve received from mini-itx.com has been excellent.
The adapter card I ordered was delivered two days earlier than expected, and when it didn’t work I emailed and got technical support.
Ewan resolved my issue for me, basically from his technical knowledge and more importantly, taking the time to care about their customers.
I’m really impressed with this company. Well done!

30 PCs less than 24 hours delivery
I have used Mini-ITX.com many times in the past and have found there customer service and expertise to be great. Recently I placed and order for 30 computers, after 4pm on a Friday and it arrived before lunchtime Saturday.
Mini-ITX.com is my go to place for Embedded PCs.
