Scam company. Ordered 3 weeks ago and got a tracking code which is moving round America. Tried contacting them and the email has shut down and website won’t load. I hope this means they have been shut down however I fear I won’t get my money back.

Would leave less than one star if I could. Terrible product quality. Item arrived in damaged packaging due to being badly packaged. Part of the item was missing rendering it unusable. Customer services are useless, offered a small, unacceptable amount in compensation and then went quiet.

They advertised led sensor light showing them beinf fitted in food cupboards and they looked nice. After waiting a month on them to be delivered, i was absolutely flabergasted with wat i received. They are the cheapest and smallest lights i have seen. And the tracking was non existent. Would not recommend anyone using this company.

Still haven’t received them and the tracking is a scam ! Avoid!! I am concluding that I have lost my £22 that I paid - tried emailing false email as well

Ordered what was advertised to be a set of 3 elasticated minimiser bras. Saggy cloth arrived. Padding hanging out of cup. Contacted and the customer service was appalling. 10+ emails later they would not allow returns but a 5GBP refund. Not received that and when asked just kept saying 'check bank'
Should be closed down by trading standards. Have reported them so hopefully they change their way of business style. AVOID THEM

Wish I had checked here before buying. Absolute rubbish company totally scammed out of £30 and of course they aren’t replying to emails!! Lesson learnt

Had to give 1 star to write the review.otherwise it would be zero. A scam company, take your money, no after sales and fake tracking. Unfortunately go under various names so can not be grounded to close them down
Learnt my lesson ordering from them. Ordered over a month ago, tracking stopped in England 3wk ago, can not contact company so down £25. Will not order from a website I haven't heard off again. Please, Please DO NOT BUY from them Ladies &Gents.

First, they overcharged me. Second, they refuse to tell me which shipping company they use for US and UK deliveries. Third, the website now can not be found.

Ordered a item in June it is now August still not received it. Terrible company Do Not buy from them.

Shame the don't have zero stars. They say you owe a certain amount, so you press pay on PayPal and find an additional £5.00 of charges you knew nothing about or didn't agree to being taken from your account. You immediately cancel and open a dispute with PayPal, which you might as well ignore as they do nothing, and two days later the product appears to be shipped from the USA. You get continually updated about where your product is in customs in the USA, and how you can purchase more for a discount, whilst still saying its cancelled as per rules of law on distance selling. Whilst your parcel is in customs in USA, it arrives by Evri at you door - cheap elastic Chinese rubbish that bears no resemblance to what you were enticed to buy, and you are blocked from customer service email. Meanwhile, according to the emails received, your parcel is still in the USA, being checked by customs! If this company is falsely saying it is in the UK, by calling itself mini-stores.uk, then Trading Standards should seriously investigate their operation.

Do not order from this company. The advertisements are fake, I ordered bras which had no support in them what so ever an elastic band would be better and when I asked for a refund the asked for photos of the failed item!
DO NOT ORDER! It is a rip off, I think they have blocked my email address as my emails keep bouncing back now.

My order arrived and the bras were too small. They offered me £3 compensation for the £25 I’d spent on them. Having so much trouble with them. They’ve now blocked me on email.

Item ordered do not match description, extremely poor quality and sizing is incorrect. The website now is not loading due to server issues. I am raising a dispute via my credit card following no response from email. I fear I have been scammed and wish I had checked before spending £35!!

I brought a set of 3 bras, what a load of rubbish they are I'm going to try to return them there nothing like what was on the advert, I can't believe how thin the bra is totally discusted with them and a let down

Really wish I had done more research on this so called company before ordering from them, DO NOT USE THEM , they will do anything to stop you returning items that do not fit so now I’m stuck with 3 rubbish bras that are supposed to be excellent support etc, utter rubbish fit for the bin, messages back and forth for a few days now nothing for weeks!! Even tried to return through PayPal but the address they provided wasn’t correct, so have just given up and down £25.

Minus 5 stars!!! Avoid this site at all costs!! I don’t even know how they are still operating. Their products are terrible and their customer service is absolutely horrendous and they will do anything they can to make returns or refunds impossible. Do not even try to discuss a return with them they say it will be expensive as they need to be returned to China, even though the site is supposed to be UK. They tried to offer me £4 refund on an item that cost over £30, in the end I got £15 back but would never get anything again, total waste of money and complete scammers.

So wish that I’d read these reviews before ordering, although I didn’t see this name until just now. The company I placed my order with seems to be under an umbrella of various names. I thought I was buying from a British site called Jones Shoes. Wrong! As I am now in communication with someone from China, who so far expected me to keep the shoes valued £37.76 and offer me a £5 voucher off my next purchase , when I refused they offered me a £10 voucher 🙈 Their website when I placed my order guarantees 100% refund and free returns, which I’ve emailed a copy to them in my last email stating that I want a full refund, free return and no more offers of a voucher. So we will see what happens. Not sure why I took screen shots of my order, probably because I’ve been caught out before a few years ago, but so glad I did now, although not sure if it will make a difference, but we’ll see.

This company could improve by not false advertising.What you order will take weeks as It does not come from the UK.when it does arrive it will not be what is advertised and they will do everything not to have it returned and will offer compensation of £2

I ordered a brown And plum eye pencil expecting it to glide on my eyes as video but no I can barely get anything to show even if you keep going over it

I sent away for a cold cloth.Never arrived got tracking number but stop in America. I tried emailing but it's like it doesn't exist. I feel like a fool im on a budget and have wasted money
