Don't waste your money. Appalling customer service, poor cheap rubbish dolls. If you complain or have second thoughts they just keep your money. Deceptive information on their website designed to make you think its not a scam but it is 100%.

Scam!!!!! Stay far away!!!! My daughter chose a doll she lived. We reveived a ttly different doll.
When i wrote to complain i received no apology and an Offer to refund only 30%.
Needless to say never received the money.
They have many pIctureS OF BEAUTIFUL lookind dolls but i assume they always send
Out THE ONE SAME DOLL TO ALL CUSTOMERS!!! Not a REBORN EITHER....

Received a very poor quality doll which looked nothing like the beautiful realistic doll advertised. It wasn’t worth more than €5 and I paid over €50 inc. postage!! What’s worse, I returned the doll costing another €12 and they won’t refund me because I do not have a tracking number.. avoid at all costs .. unless you want to be ripped off! They give decent businesses a bad name. Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs is my advice.

The doll that was advertised is NOT what we received. It was very cheap you could purchase the same doll at Walmart for $10. My daughter was extremely upset after waiting several weeks on her "reborn doll" which turned out to be a cheap plastic doll!! Please don't waste you hard earned money!! BUYER BEWARE ITS A SCAM!!!!!

Like the other buyers, I would give this less than one star. The dolls pictured on the website are not the dolls you receive. My 6 year old daughter picked out the blond and blue-eyed doll she wanted from the smaller doll sizes. The doll that arrived looked like a cheap knock-off of the doll pictured, to top it off, the head was way too big for the little body it was stuck on.

Luckily I purchased through PayPal so I've filed a dispute which should result in my being refunded as the company only offers a $10 refund. The doll itself was $47 U.S.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Beware of this company! And there are a bunch more like it. My personal recommendation would be Amazon. At least you know they back their sellers. This website has a no return policy and an awful product.

I ordered a reborn baby doll for my daughter. She has been wanting one for a long time and saved up her birthday money to get one. She found a doll that she loved because it looked like her as a baby. When I got the doll it looked nothing like the picture. The website said limbs were life like. They were stuff and definitely not lifelike. The website also said the hair was hand woven. It was actually painted on. When I emailed the store they offered me a $10 refund. (I paid over $80 after taxes). They said if I return it they will reimburse me but expected me to pay shipping to China. No thank you! Buyer beware! This is not a legit Reborn Doll website!
