Absolutely incredible customer service with this company. The products are such good quality as well. It was a last minute purchase and they went above and beyond to ensure my son received his present in time including a surprise as something was out of stock.

The Miniblox Support Team were very helpful and proactive when my Miniblox parcel went astray in the mail system. They sent another parcel immediately, which was received very promptly. My grandchildren love building with Miniblox. The blocks are very versatile for creative minds. I would definitely purchase Miniblox products again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

Very timely delivery - even packed for delivery on a non-working day! Arrived a few days later. I had to wait for 3 year old to visit and she was totally wrapped in the blocks. Well made. Only regret is that I didn't order a bigger set but that can change in the future.

These blocks are fantastic! Amazing quality, and they make a very satisfying “click” sound when the magnets click together. There’s some cheap ones on the market to be wary of, where the magnets don’t click together well or they repel the pieces away from each other, but my daughter’s physio recommended this brand because of the good quality.
My kids, who are aged from 6 to 16, all enjoy playing with these - such a beautiful sight! Great to have them all off screens too.
I got free express delivery so received them easily in time for Christmas which was much appreciated 🙌🎄❤️

Son opened it on Christmas morning and was very stoked! The blocks were the first thing they wanted to play with!

I stumbled on ads for similar products online and thought it’d be great for my son. So, I did some looking and found Miniblox. I placed my order on the 17th of December and received it on the 18th, which is simply incredible at any time, but especially this time of year. I was really hoping it would come in time for Christmas, but would’ve been fine if didn’t because my son has a birthday early January - now I will just have to get another set to add to his collection! Great quality and I know he will absolutely love it.

Your customer service is absolutely AMAZING — truly 10/10! I was a little sceptical at first and worried I might be scammed, but wow, I couldn’t have been more wrong. The blocks are fantastic quality, and I am beyond excited to give them to my 7-year-old for Christmas. He is going to be absolutely thrilled, as this is exactly what he asked for!
