We booked a pickup in Heathrow for my family. The driver showed up, but when they were about to leave the airport, was he unable to find his own car. After waiting 30-45 min, did he find his car to take the longest way through London.
Afterwards did we approach the company, to see if they would compensate or the inconvenience and lost time.
They have now promised us to get back to us, when they have spoken with the driver twice, and no response.
Don't use this company, - It's a joke!!!!!!!
