So far, I never got problem at all with MinMadness. Both shipment and quality are there.
You just need to get used to pay a little in advance for the pre-orders and that is it !

Reliabilty, transparency - but using credit cards is not good
Minifigure Madness has a huge reliability. The process for an order is easy and the process of shipping has a great transparency. Just the costs for using a credit card is a little bit bad.
