Materials were of poor quality with errors. I do not feel the resource I purchased was good value for money.

Since the pandemic, we are seeing more and more children and families suffering with their mental health. Using these tools on a regular basis I have noticed that my stress levels at work have massively reduced. I'm so grateful to have a portable toolkit that can create a feeling of calm in minutes.

As a primary teacher I was looking to implement different behaviour management techniques into my classroom that came from a positive mindset and something that supported both physical and emotional needs. The fact that I could do this with the children also supported my mindset and wellbeing too!

I love that you can train in different courses depending on your needs and wants that can combine together or be stand alone. As a busy teacher, having everything you needed resources wise straight away was also amazing alongside the fact that there isn't any formal planning needed or hours spent organising sessions, you can use it as soon as training is finished if you want.

When I 1st came across Mini Me Yoga, I was amazed at the level of help I was given to complete my training and advice to further myself with the Mini Me Yoga brand. I'm now a proud member of the team.
