Attractive offers and fair pricing

Attractive offers and fair pricing. Although the initial response time was slightly delayed and the delivery status unclear, the issue was promptly addressed and the goods were immediately resent. Many thanks for the excellent service!

Only for Anker Products

Mini mini power do everything well. Only the product they sell is not optimal to use for my balkony power station. The software is not compatible to other produkts only for anker (battery...).

Wonderful customer service

They were willing to send twice the order to get delivered on time, just because i asked them help on delivery time.
They could have politely refuse but they did answer me to evey email / questions i had in a very positive way.
I will for sure buy all i need at their store ! they are fantastic.

Fast reaction on quote request

Fast reaction on quote request. Pickup of the equipment easy. Electrical activation of the one module with the microconverter took incl. cabeling about 15 minutes until I produced power. Another 20 minutes to connect via WIFI then all was done. Great company and equipment

This company does not want to sell and is not customer oriented at all !!!!

Hi,
I wanted to purchase 2 Extended Huawei batteries for this amount €3.658,00 and as I am based in France, I wanted to have some clarification about the VAT and Shipping cost.
I tried to contact the company by Mail and phne without any answers since more than 1 week (even after several reminders). On the Phone the Guy told me that he had no time to answer my questions and hanged up !!!!
This company does not want to sell and is not customer oriented at all !!!!
TO ESCAPE !!!!!

You wish to purchase LUNA2000-5-E0 in France at a price of 1,829 euros each. After calculating shipping costs and VAT, we are unable to offer this price. We are unsure how to respond to you. Even if you call us, we cannot provide this price at a cost of 300 euros per unit, which is below our production cost. Additionally, we are a German company and we do not understand French.

Please note: The product is currently tax-free in Germany, but if purchased in France, you will need to pay shipping costs and the applicable VAT. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask customers outside Germany to take this into consideration.
