Like any purchase that one makes on a site that they have heard on YouTube and without a known person who has gone through the experience of buying, it always causes nervousness. On this occasion my experience was very pleasant, the customer service was timely, they offered me an update at no additional cost, when I had questions about it they clarified it and even offered me a partial refund if I did not agree with the product again, of course don't accept it because if a provider serves its customers in this way, they should not take advantage of the opportunities. I am pleased, and the product arrived at the right time, I am happy with it and of course I recommend minixpc. keep going.

Shipping was very confusing had to go to the airport to pick up my computer because DHL was very unclear about delivery status. I paid extra for fast shipping but a DHL call center agent claim the tracking did not exist.

Seller is very fast and responsive. I preordered a beelink mini-pc but changed my mind. The seller refunded my paypal order without problems. They replied to every email I sent.

The Mini S PC was delivered in an acceptable time and corresponds to the description. The quality is not outstanding, but very satisfactory considering the price. Overall, I am satisfied.

There are some minor disadvantages. For example, only one RAM module can be installed, the M.2 SSD does onlz accept SATA, no PCIe/NVMe SSDs (although the BIOS mentions NVMe) and there is no USB-C port on the device. Nevertheless, it is a recommendable device, especially considering the price.

I bought a GPD Win Max 2 from them and they had to wait for the manufacturer to get the product from a lack of chips but communicated with me clearly whenever I emailed them to ask. They kept in touch with me and clearly replied to every email I sent and confirmed with tracking.

Very easy to work with and they communicate well. I would buy from them again 100% in the future.

I'm very happy with my purchase of SER6 Pro (7735HS)! I got it shipped to Austria and it came within 12 days. I had to pay no customs.

Just beware that the tracking link you get sent likely does not work. At least mine didn't.

Update: Had a problem with CN-EU PSU. Messaged support and they shipped me a replacement PSU with EU Plug immediatly. Very positively surprised about their service!

I had a problem with my Beelink GT King remote, they sent me a new one to replace the old one, no charge.

The memory was 64 gigs, but it is actually only 32 gigs.
Please exchange or refund ASAP.
