The website was detailed, intuitive and easy to navigate. It was easy to find the right product and make a purchase.
The delivery was within the estimated period (1-3 business days) I placed the order late evening on a Thursday and received the item the following Tuesday. I chose Postnord's Packetbox among their other delivery options.
I even emailed customer care for a query on account creation and received their prompt response the same day.
Overall it was a good first impression and experience.

Website is not working properly
The after-buying experience is not good.
There is no clarity on what is a receipt, as the order doesn't clearly say that it is also a receipt.
Still don't feel good to use this website to come back to a 2nd shopping.

No charge cable with iqos devices
I got my 2 iqos devices as quickly as but there wasn’t any charge cable in the package. Also there wasn’t normal box as I bought from iqos store.

The website is user-friendly, making it easy to find what I was looking for. MinPrilla offers fantastic deals, allowing customers to purchase selections at excellent prices, which they do quite frequently. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the overall customer experience. It would be even better if they included a new sample with orders to try out.
