Missing items. Contacted the company and they never responded. Had to request a refund via my credit card. Terrible service. Avoid!
Order never arrived. Refund never given. In other words: a scam. Avoid at all costs.
Placed an order on 31st January, received despatch information but never arrived. Have emailed them numerous times, messaged on social media requesting response but had no feedback at all. Will have to claim refund via payment method. I wouldn't risk ordering again, which is a shame as the products look good.
Items never came. Seller provided invalid tracking number. Seller does not respond. I was forced to open the case with PayPal. Will never buy anything from them.
Purchased a couple of items online from Mint Green. It was my first time using them and I was slightly concerned when I received a text with a foreign phone number confirming the order.
However, apart from the delivery being a little on the slow side and the range of goods from the brand I liked being limited, I was happy with my shopping experience with Mint Green.
First time purchasing from this store, thought it would be great as eco-friendly. Ordered two products, one full-price and great, the other had a discount and arrived expired (03/22)!! I emailed to ask about returning this, as I do not use moisturiser often and was planning to use it over several months, when someone got back to me from the company they said it was part of a zero waste sale (and sent me a link). This was not mentioned at all on the product page (which I accessed by searching for the product directly), and when I replied to the company to advise them of this, they have subsequently ignored me for 2 weeks. Very disappointed and will not order from mint green again.
