Won on a bonus. What i don't like us you must deposit in order to claim winnings. There was a two day wait from when I deposited to when I was able to washout and play from the deposit I made. But was able to collect the $50 after all the wait.

Some of the promos are scams. The daily chests are supposed to be available after you deposit $50. Mind you I am a fully verified member of the site. I had deposited $70 and couldn't claim then nbd I reached out to support and they said I could claim. Them the next day and the next day it took several tried to get support to even respond to what I said to them, and then when they finally did they were on topic but mostly ignoring my messages and didn't really do anything to remedy the situation at all

I need to apologize for my previous poor review. I jumped the gun on leaving it, and did not give the casino a chance to respond. Their email response time is still not what you see at some other RTG casinos, but they have since provided specific, and understandable details of why they could not verify.
I have addressed the specific issue that prevented them from verifying me. I would have just removed my review, but fekt the need to publicly apologize for my hasty, unjustified review.

DO NOT PLAY HERE! They are the only casino I've ever had problems with verifying kyc. They are scamming people into making deposits and using kyc verification as an excuse to deny paying out player winnings. They have denied every picture I've sent them along with a video. They won't verify their legitimacy or the fact their licence is valid. I never had any problems verifying at other casinos like this which include Brango, Extreme, Yabby, Pacific Spins, Bettywins, and Limitless. I will reach out to these casinos and inform them they are promoting a big scam. Straight trash. Went thru there 60x playthru which was only supposed to 30x on the bonus then I go to cash out my 50 bucks my account is restricted from using the withdraw part of the cashier. It did not say anything about verification, it say I was not allowed to use the withdraw option of the cashier and as for verification, I was never asked or prompted to provide any documents then and still haven’t been. Yall have still never replied to the emails I wrote yall and phone number yall have listed for customer service is 1234567890.
