I'm out $460! Mint looks like a legitimate business with a legit website, but my PayPal receipt showed a private seller named Tran Thanh Minh. I immediately sent a request for refund to the email address provided, which was undeliverable. The website says the business is located on Madison Avenue (please) with a 212#. I called and no answer. PayPal has no live customer service but I filed a dispute; response time is supposed to be by 9/3 (nearly 2 months). I am HORRIFIED.
Same thing happened to me. I just spent $200 and the site is down. Scam for sure
I just ordered from the site because Amazon didn't have what I wanted. Only to find out that this might be a scam site. I wanted to ask a question and called the contact number below the site and was told that this site MINTNOW.XYZ is using their phone number and address! I was livid. I'm still trying to stop payment!
