I want to leave a very special review for Sonya.
She is not only excellent at her job; she is a truly wonderful human being. She is kind, patient, respectful, welcoming and genuinely cares about the people she helps. The way she treats customers makes a real difference.
Because of Sonya and the experience she gave me, I will always come back to this store whenever I need anything. People remember how they are made to feel, and Sonya made me feel respected, valued and comfortable.
I sincerely hope management recognises just how valuable she is. In my opinion, Sonya deserves not only recognition, but also a promotion and a pay rise. Employees who create this level of trust, loyalty and customer satisfaction should be rewarded.
