Very very poor customer relations beware! expensive playhouse £300+ delivered badly broken in many places made difficult to have new parts ordered
no customer service in relation to trying to compensate for cost of having someone employed to erect it for me the inconvenience and disappointment. Just we are covered by ordering you new parts,
like it or lump it. I find it difficult to believe the positive reviews are genuine after my poor experience

Have been looking at play kitchens for a while (being indecisive as usual) and having finally made a decision, I realised that nobody had the stock to enable me to order with the exception of Minuenta who advised stock was due on a certain date, and the price was advertised at a reduced price to everywhere else.

Having never heard of this company previously, I was cautious, so done my due diligence. Checking reviews, company house check etc, I decided to place my order followed via credit card for peace of mind.

I didn’t need to worry, the parcel was despatched on the date advised.

Can’t fault the service received and will certainly be using them again.

Purchase delivered very quickly and outstanding after care support for a problem not of their making. Will definitely purchase from Minuenta again.

It had what I was looking for at a reasonable price..when ordered had emails to ket me know it was dispatched and d day for delivery. So 100 % happy with experience

Ordered a playhouse from them around 3 weeks ago and after a week or so emailed them as still hadn’t received the product due to an error made by the courier. They have been nothing but helpful and the customer service we received was remarkable , after a few back and forth conversations between myself , minuenta and the courier, minuenta have sent another playhouse out to use before solving the issue with courier which they by no means had to do but have out of the goodness of their heart to ensure we had the product in time for my daughter birthday. If you’re thinking of ordering with this company please do, not only are they helpful but the price of the playhouse was actually cheaper in comparison to some other high street sites AND they had a 5% discount for first orders at the point of ordering meaning we saved some ££s.

I ordered a toy for my 6 years old daughter, she absolutely loved it and it was cheaper than other places that I looked at. Helpful customer service when I called to edit the delivery address. Standard delivery came faster than we expected and the packaging was brilliant. So glad we found this one after hugely disappointed by Hamleys. Definitely will use it again in the future.

Very happy to have found this company. Was looking to purchase the Barbie that my daughter wanted to buy with her Christmas money and stumbled across Minuenta where the doll was on sale. Purchased it, and it arrived well packaged and earlier than expected. One thrilled daughter. Will definitely use again.

These guys saved me from my 3 year old grandson having a meltdown Christmas morning! He decided early Dec that there was something he desperately wanted and wouldn't stop talking about so I ordered from Ebay on 9th, supposedly dispatched on 11th by Royal Mail 48 hr tracked. By 20th, still no update at all on the tracking - it had never been scanned by Royal Mail so no way of tracing it and was still showing on tracking as 'we are expecting it'. I had to find somewhere that had the item AND did next day delivery and Minuenta did not let me down. I'm so thankful I discovered this site, would definitely use again. Thanks a million Minuenta!!

After searching for a boardgame for weeks without success I came across the Minuenta website. I was very dubious about placing an order with a company I had never heard of but it was the only place that had my neices Christmas gift in stock. Fast delivery, excellent communication and well packaged, I'll have no reservations about shopping with Minuenta again.

Stumbled across this site while looking for a gift that was out of stock everywhere else, and wound up buying five items. Always slightly concerned when ordering from a small business, but happy to say that I had no issues here. Items were packaged well, arrived promptly, and were cheaper than all other Black Friday "deals" I could find by a significant margin! PayPal options also gave a bit of additional peace of mind. Look forward to buying from them again in the future!

Got in touch with Minuenta after raising money to buy toys for children who would otherwise go without this Christmas.

Both Daniela and John met with me and couldn’t of been more helpful. They kindly invited me to their warehouse and took me around to show me all of the great toys and games they have available, explaining what was popular and what toys suit different age groups.

The selection, quality and price of what they have on offer is brilliant and I am very glad I was given their details by a friend.

Without me asking they applied a discount to many of the toys bought and gave some away completely free, because they wanted the money raised to help as many children as possible.

Super easy to order and very speedy from ordering to receiving! I contacted minuenta to let them know that the delivery driver had shoved the parcel in to my letter box causing it to be damaged, suggesting to them they put it in a do not bend envelope or box for some constructive feedback. They really appreciated this positive feedback. Wow what can I say about the quick response, I emailed at 5:00pm on Friday and even got a response by 8:00pm that evening! They were so apologetic and sent out a replacement item and an sorry for your inconvenience item as well! I received receipt that this has been processed and had been paid for 24 hour track delivery by 10:00pm the same night! Absolutely brilliant and faultless customer service! Can not wait to use this website again!

Minuet a are new to my online shopping but found them whilst browsing whilst on lockdown due to not seeing my grandchildren buy them gifts to Brighton their day.
Bought an item and awaited delivery to find that the item packed in my parcel was not for me but for some other customer
I contacted minueta and within 24 hrs received my original item and a gift for my inconvenience wow what a service will use them again 5 stars ended in a pleasant experience .
