As a small business owner, I have been a loyal customer of Minuteman Press for several years. However, my recent experience has compelled me to seek services elsewhere. While I have been willing to overlook occasional delays due to the quality of their work, I cannot ignore the overall lack of professionalism I encountered.

I must commend Damon for his excellent service, but unfortunately, my interaction with him was overshadowed by the mishaps elsewhere. It is unacceptable to provide a quote, work closely with a customer to fulfill an order, confirm the details, only to later backtrack and attempt to double the charges citing errors on their end. This inconsistency and lack of accountability reflect poorly on their business practices and customer service standards.

Furthermore, my experience with another associate, Lisa, was nothing short of unpleasant. Her demeanor was rude and unprofessional, further souring my perception of Minuteman Press.

Ultimately, I believe my business deserves better treatment and reliability. Regrettably, I have chosen to take my patronage elsewhere where I can expect a higher level of professionalism and respect for customers' time and trust.

While I can't speak for all locations I can share my experience with the location here locally, (9600 66th Street N.Suite A Pinellas Park, FL 33782). The staff there is professional and fast. I had to have business cards made quickly so I called them, was instructed to upload the proof and I was able to pick them up the next day. The quality was better than I expected. Sure, I could have purchased cheaper ones online but the slight difference in price along with the speed and professionalism will make me a return customer.
