Minutia - Light in a box Baseball Cap. Unfortunately this company does not…

Unfortunately this company does not recognize defective items. Received items however very defective. The brims are not sewn on straight and the badge is crooked so therefore not only literally are they crooked on your head but it looks off set…ridiculous. I ordered a blue and grey and received a blue and black. Their response to address this was to provide me a 20% refund…wow !!! Do not purchase, the also go by another name Light in a box.

SCAM

SCAM. I too had a lettracking app that said they delivered it. The drop off times were phony as our mail carrier does not drop mail off at 830 in the morning. The postal clerk also agreed this is a scam and inaccurate. Thanks ***holes!

Minutic is a scam

Minutic is a scam. They use letracking.net as their shipper and they are a scam, too, because I never received my order. Furthering their scam, I get a letracking.net tracking number that indicates my order was delivered to my mailbox and it was not. Lastly, no shipper can put anything in your mailbox except USPS! Well-disguised scam.
