Very unhappy with the service from this company. I returned an item for refund over a month ago with proof of postage, which they acknowledged, but I am still waiting for my money. They say they have technical issues??

I ordered dressing gowns on their website which was received on the 28th of February, I found out that there's one fault or the other with some of the items and hence decided to return them as the websites indicates free delivery and return.

From the look of it, it seems they know the items are going to be returned back for a refund as the package came with no invoice or return label to return the items. I have sent an email via their website and have email them directly but to no avail as they did not respond. The webchat is not functioning and calls are not attended to as I have also rang severally and left a voice message twice.

It appears this company buys seconded items from the manufacturer and makes it difficult for you to return the item if you so wish. please do not be deceived by the free delivery and returns advertised on their website, stay away for your peace of mind.

I made an order an August 12, 2022. I have written email's to their service mail to get information about my order but they have not answered.
I believe I lost my money, because I have been asking for a refund and they just ignore me.
I do not recommend this page.

On 27 July I paid for next day delivery of 4 items that were said to be in stock. I orderEd after 2pm so I would have expected the items to arrive on 29 July. Rubbish service. On 2 august they emailed to tell me that 2 of the items were out of stock. The email we t into my junk mail and on 6 august they wrote again to say the 2 items they still had had just arrived from their supplier and that they would send them out And they arrived on the 7. So ignoring the fact that their stock list is not up to date that means when you pay for next day delivery you get the item 10 days later. I asked them to refund the next day delivery charge and their email back basically said they had complied with the small print. Whatever the legal position this was Absolutely rubbish service. I will not use them again.

Excellent modal quality for these Cyberjammies pyjamas.
However, inventory status problem on the online sales site which does not encourage purchase.

Although after I placed my order it was found to be unavailable, this company informed me instantly and refunded my money as quickly. So although I haven't purchased from them yet, I certainly would in the future.

Great bras. Highly recommend.

Ordered on 2/7/20, when nothing arrived I emailed on 14/7/20, 48 hours later no reply to the email and still no delivery.

This was my second order and the service was excellent. I was so delighted wiith my first purchase that I ordered something else from the company and will have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

I HAVE HAD ORDERS FROM MIO DESTINO FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS ALWAYS GOOD SERVICE AND QUALITY PRODUCTS.

Quick delivery and a great product. Wife more than happy.

Ordered something from their website which showed in stock only to be emailed 1 week later that they couldn't get hold of the product. Shouldn't display products that they don't have in stock or if not in stock let customers know much sooner than 1 week.

My products arrived when expected and fit! I am now waiting for another aubade bra that I ordered and have not heard yet when it will be shipped.

The bra was totally shapeless. So disappointing because it looked so pretty
