Poor customer care
They convinced me to get a profile with them. I am new to the platform but have no support on their side- as I don't have reviews yet, patients can find me on one of the last pages. Customer care is indigent, and it is hard to get in touch with them, moreover, once I booked an apt to introduce their platform but the agent didn't turn up on Zoom, not even asking for apologies...

L'Account Manager dedicato viene messo al servizio di ogni specialista per spiegare loro come utilizzare al meglio la piattaforma ed offrire ai pazienti un'eccellente esperienza di prenotazione. L'utilizzo dell'agenda è propedeutico a far conoscere ai pazienti le reali disponibilità orarie del professionista al fine di effettuare una prenotazione che abbia riscontro nella realtà e non si traduca nell'ennesima visita a vuoto: è la base sulla quale fondare la propria visibilità e reputazione online, e acquisire recensioni da parte dei pazienti. Avere un tutor dedicato che possa spiegare ad ogni dottore tutte le funzionalità della piattaforma e gli strumenti (come le Domande Pubbliche) tramite i quali farsi conoscere è quello che consideriamo uno dei massimi valori aggiunti del nostro pacchetto: un'esperto in marketing digitale che può guidare il professionista a trarre il massimo vantaggio dall'investimento fatto con noi! Ci dispiace che le tue aspettative non siano state soddisfatte e ti invitiamo ad entrare in contatto con il tuo Account Manager dedicato per capire come poterti supportare al meglio.
