Xiaomi Mi 11 replacement screen
I ordered a replacement screen for my Xiaomi Mi 11. Upon receiving my screen and installing it, the screen was damaged. I contacted MiOT Store and after asking a few easy questions they quickly sent me a replacement screen free of charge. I now have the replacement screen installed and my phone is working perfectly.

We’re very sorry to hear that your parcel has still not been delivered.
Unfortunately, this situation falls under the responsibility of the courier company, and as such, it's beyond our direct control.
That said, we are fully committed to resolving this issue for you.
We have officially filed a claim with the postal service, and now we wait for the outcome of their investigation.
In many cases, lost packages are located during the inspection process and eventually delivered. If the courier cannot locate the parcel, they will issue compensation.
In the meantime, you have two options:
✅ Option 1:
We can reship the same product to you now (or a different one of your choice), and we will handle the claim separately on our side. Your replacement order will be prioritized.
💰 Option 2:
You can choose to receive a full refund after the courier's investigation is officially closed and the parcel is confirmed as lost.
Please let us know which option you prefer.
We truly regret that this has happened — and while postal delivery issues are a third-party matter, we fully understand your frustration and are here to support you until the situation is resolved.

I had an issue with the screen after installation (I still do). I reached out to them. Sent multiple emails. Till this moment no response or even an acknowledgement. Seems to me like a deliberate act. They sell bad products. Avoid!!
