I purchased this last month as a birthday gift. The product has had minimum liquid exposure- i’m aware advice under the items are not to- but in life some form of liquid will eventually get on the necklace e.g even sweat. Customer service not helpful and not willing to help/offer advice. There explanation is its ’costume’ jewellery. You can get necklaces for £60 (what I paid) which are waterproof and can uphold liquid exposure e.g from Atolea, waterproof with warranty included. Much better quality for same or less price. My advice is to shop elsewhere

Always a concern when ordering from a website with none/low reviews, but I successfully made an order and it arrived in two days in beautiful condition with a thank you note from the shop.

Would absolutely order again
