Excellent customer service from Charlotte via email. My order did not arrive, was lost in transit and Charlotte quickly reassured me she would look in to it, kept me updated throughout the whole process and resent my order out. Excellent service Charlotte, Thank you

It took nearly two weeks to arrive. When it did I exfoliated, showered and applied it. The consistency is very thick, like a very thick foundation, making it hard to rub into my skin. It feels very chalky and sticky all at the same time. After a few hours I breastfed my baby and it transferred all over her clothes, back of her head, her hair too. It completely ruined her outfit and getting it out of her hair was horrendous! It's ruined my grey/silver sofa too 😭 it came off very patchy no matter how hard I scrubbed and then ruined my towel afterwards. I'd never buy again, it's awful. 👎

Absolute rubbish. Sorry but it transferred all over my bedding, clothes, sandals. Put it on exactly as suggested. Please don’t waste your money!!

I contacted Miracle de Paris because I had chosen the wrong shade for my legs after seeing the advert on Instagram. I thought because I was fair skinned that the light shade would be best, but when I applied it I discovered that it was far too light and I would need the medium. I contacted the Customer Services Team and was delighted when Charlotte said she would send the Medium product to me free of charge. What excellent customer service!

It arrived quickly and was easy to apply BUT it does transfer on to your clothes as I found out when my new white gypsy top was covered in it and I've washed the top 3 times now using stain remover in my washing machine and it has come off..so be aware of wearing white clothing

Although it went on smoothly it left my skin looking yellowish. I was expecting it to look slightly tanned. Won't be buying any morr

Whilst the order arrived quickly, and the product went on beautifully with the accompanying brush, I went from light skin to big bird… yellow legs. Looked like I was wearing thin yellow tights. Possibly the wrong colour for me and may give #2 a go… also it did transfer onto clothes and bedding.

Fantastic, from the product, fast arrival and customer service. Charlotte was excellent, I was concerned that the body perfector and brush wouldn’t arrive before I went on holidays and she reassured me that it had arrived in the country. It’s my first time using it so was unsure of the shade so Charlotte sent a lighter shade to mix with the medium, I will definitely be reordering , the product is great to cover thread veins and give a healthy tan for summer. A very happy customer .

Ordering was easy and delivery was fast, no issues. The coverage was overall good, however, it looked a little orange once applied. I ordered the medium shade. There was no smell which was good abd it was easy to apply. I followed the instructions and found that the product did transfer on to my clothing and didn't wash out easily of the items it had contact with.
I bought the product because it was supposed to be waterproof and non transferable. I wouldn’t recommend this product again for those reasons.

Really love this.
My skin is really dry, but the dry patches on my arms are nowhere near as noticeable.

Easy to order, came quite quickly. Good product to use but you must wait around 10mins for it to dry once applied, gives a very even and nice tanned look. Not so great if you have tattoos, as it will cover these and dim them, so can look a bit odd.

Was paying like 40 quid every month at the tanning salon ,, and this does the same job for way less money i can do it at home in my pyjamas while watching netflix cant beat that honestly

Got in touch with them after I’d placed my order as I realised the discount code hadn’t gone through. Charlotte replied really quickly and resolved it immediately. Looking forward to trying the product

Ordering was easy arrived on time, great product, easy to apply, the only negative I have is the packaging, the box was squashed and now the top on the tube will not click closed so need to make sure it stays upright.

Disappointed.
I followed the process and instructions.
Product stained some parts of my home.
I tried to wash it off because it didn’t look good and it ruined my shower body scrubber.
It doesn’t look like a tan but more like a body foundation.
I was looking forward to receiving this product but am very disappointed.

I think Miracle de Paris is an excelllent way to get a bit of a brown leg, so to speak .
I wonder whether it can be used on the face also to get a slight little brown all over?

Product was not as dark as I thought it might be but it was too matte for me. Goes on very easily and covers any blemishes.
