I would give them 0 if I could. Paid £75 for 2 tees. They never arrived. Emails were ignored and the tracking link didn’t work. Only when I opened a bank chargeback did they reply alleged the parcel was lost in transit so resent tracked yet no tracking information provided and still no tees. Used to be a legit reliable company; couldn’t feel more different for this transaction!! Would never buy from them again. Zero apology. Zero goods. Zero refund hence escalation to my bank!

Ordered a hoodie and a tshirt from here and never received the product. Went back and forth on emails for over 5 months until they stopped responding completely. This place is a scam. Do NOT buy ANYTHING from here. I paid $126 for nothing. Was not able to find out where to warn people about this business until now.

I ordered a shirt in January and here it’s March with no merchandise. $50 shirt in the wind. I tried to email them with no response. What can I do.

I ordered on Feb 12th. Still no update to my order but sure as heck took my money out of my account already. Very disappointed. I've tried contacting through chat and email with no response.

Order make on 31/01/26 till now still don’t receive and delivery date.

I can not recommend here enough from start to finish this is exactly how an experience is meant to take place.

Quality of the garments are definitely premium and you certainly get what you pay for. Glad I found a hidden gem and I will be back 5*

I actually ended up having to cancel my order. I simply responded to the order confirmation they sent me following my purchase. Next morning, I had an email from Lee confirming that they had refunded my order.

Ordered a shirt two NBA Finals ago sent roughly six emails wondering what's going on and now they refuse and or wont respond to me. First initial Email was September of 2024 and they told me the item was finishing production and i would get shipping in a few days. Come to find out those next few days meant years. Thanks Josh for the quality customer service!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I ordered a hoodie back in May After nearly 2 weeks I emailed and was told by Leah who is supposedly the owner of the business not to worry. She would check with the warehouse. Waited again. Nothing. I emailed again and this time Josh responded. He lied to me over and over for more than a month. Telling me he would get tracking from the warehouse, the hoodie was on the way, even told me the warehouse was in Shanghai and it would take longer. ALL LIES!! I saw they were on FB again so I emailed and this time Lee responded. I explained my situation. I was told this should have never happened. Could they have my shipping details and what I ordered . I told Lee I was leary about that because of what I went through for months already. The response was I understand I will have the warehouse dispatch a replacement. My response how can you send out anything when you have no idea what I purchased or where I live. Since then I have gotten no more emails. This place is a scam and should be shut down for unethical business practices. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this site

Been 7 months and no responses. It is a scam. Do not make the same mistake
