Never received my order! Online I saw videos of girls wearing their dresses so I ordered a very expensive dress. I never received my order and I now see on trust pilot that a lot of women haven’t received their orders..

I ordered the scarlette rouge dress from Mirae Paris, when I bought it, the description said it included all the fees needed for me to receive it in the US, then days later I got an email from DHL saying I had to pay 50 dollars because I’m importing the item to the US, which I did, once I received the dress it had a big damage spot on the front, I tried to set an exchange, they say the return fees are on me even when the dress is defective, you can imagine the cost to send it back to france…. And pay the import fees they didnt mention again…. So never again

Never received my refund. Can't reach them via email and chatbot doesn't work.

Very bad experience with Novasphere Media! My order arrived with missing products, and several items were badly damaged. No refund was issued, and no replacement was offered. Customer service responded but provided no real solution. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering from this company!

The quality of the dress isn’t as it looks online. Fringes are super cheap, they don’t fall as they look on pics, also they fall off all the time and had to buy actual good ones to make it look nice. Quite disappointed for how expensive they are. Give it two stars cause the colours are amazing. Bit of a rip off.

I ordered 3 expensive dresses from Mirae back in August. I have now reached out to them 4 times asking for updates on when they will ship and received no response from their only contact email address provided on the website. I have since asked for a refund for the order, as the dresses are obviously not going to ship. Their email address and chat bot feature both seem to have no response. It seems as if the company is either scamming people or has gone out of business. Either way, please do NOT place an order with Mirae as you will not receive it.

The dresses were beautiful and of good quality but unfortunately did not suit me. Following a stressful return and loss of package, the customer care (from Lila in particular) was exceptional. She went above and beyond to track my parcel and where I could have been dismissed I was listened to instead and my problem was sorted by her. Merci beaucoup Lila!
