I ordered the Diana High Waist swimming suit and the Ella set from the brand. Both very expensive sets, but I thought if the quality is good then they're worth it. I have to say, I am very disappointed by the quality of both sets. I have been really careful with both, washed them only in hand and haven't worn them more than 4 times yet.
Firstly, the swimming suit takes ages to dry and secondly after the 2nd time I wore it, the fabric broke and there are pieces of the shiny "wire" they used, sticking out already.
Regarding the Ella set, it is one size. If you breast is big though or even medium, the top does not fall over, it is stuck on the top. Which is does not look nice or flattering I must say. Moreover, the string is not very strong and it breaks. This leads to holes starting and it is like a chain, once one part breaks then several holes are created as they are connected. Overall, I would expect this if I had paid 10€ not x10times the price.

I orderd a white bikini and after wearing it once on the beach it looked realy dirty cause the sand get stuck in it. I washed it 3 times but still the same… i send them a text and the answer was that “its normal”.
If a bikini is not made for the beach it is not a bikini!!! And it is verry expensive for wat it is! Verry sad!!! They also did not reply back to my second message

They sell bikinis but you can’t wear them to the beach. The white fabric hold al the small sandpieces stick. It looks very dirty after wearing it once. I can’t wash it out so it’s there for always. They ignored the problem and answere “it’s normal for white bikinis”, easy way I guess for a seller.

I ordered two pieces on Sale. One of them was too small. I asked for an exchange of a bigger number. They said they didn’t do exchanges internationally (outside of Germany). On the website it just said it would be more convenient to return the item and repurchase it, not that they didn’t do exchanges. Specifically it read “The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the item.” Now they conveniently removed that information.

Faced with no other choice I then returned the item as required. It had cost me 29,95€. They now refunded me with 26,96€(?) doesn't make any sense.

Still waiting for them to solve this issue. They are answering me on instagram and being much more responsive and friendly there than by email. Hopefully this will be solved soon.

I also asked if they could send me a code to repurchase the item on the same price I ordered it before since this was an exchange of size and not a change of heart. To this they didn’t respond at all, they just ignored it.

Very dissatisfied with the whole costumer service treatment by e-mail. Experiencing now something a bit different through instagram. Waiting to see if it all works out for the best.
