Mira home came and didnt touch half of my property. I called to cancel and they promised me a bunch of lies again. They come to property second time and still didnt touch anything that they promised. I watched them on my cameras to be sure. I called and spoke with over 5 different people and was promised that they would cancel my account at no cost. I have email confirmation of all of their promises. Here is is a month later and im charged 369 dollars for a cancelation fee. I called and spoke to 2 different people to be told that it is a valid charge and they can not process my refund. They robbed me for 369 dollars and are refusing to refund me even though I have their promises in email

I had Mira home for pest control they have a policy where they return to your home after it rains well they came out after the first treatment and it rain they expect you to call them to return when they knew it rained which doesn't work for me, they came out today after a month wanting to work when the weather predicted rain in the next couple of days so I'm thinking this is a waste of money so I cancel their service in which is a fee for canceling service that doesn't work in the sum of $369 or so this is petty and even so you can't control the weather you could pay attention to it considering outside treatment their service is based on their daily service to customers regardless if it rains or not and expect customers to call them back out to redo what they know they have to do they know when their next service day is and will contact you, that's funny, they have a hustle going on and it's not the best intention to the customer. Find a better extermenining company that works with you and not take advantage of you.
