Never again! Products not received!
I have purchased 3 X 5 ml perfumes for the first time in this shop. To my surprise, I received the box empty. It had only white papers and 3 small samples. I don't know if the box was opened by DPD or not, but I think the products were not sent at all. There was a delay to send them, and then I received a box with only 3 samples. I mean, who would steal 3 perfume dupes? In contact with the shop, they said that I should open a police report and that it was not their responsibility, so they could not refund me. Just be careful and choose somewhere else to buy.

Ovviamente, come mostrano le numerose recensioni, non spediamo pacchetti vuoti.
Anche se lei qui non lo ha scritto, ci ha contattato riferendoci di aver ritirato una scatola definita testualmente "mezza aperta" ma di non aver segnalato nulla all'operatore. Il corriere quindi segnala una consegna in regola e non ci apre possibilità di contestare nulla.
Inoltre, una volta nelle sue mani dopo essersi accorta che il pacco era aperto, avrebbe dovuto accorgersi anche che il pacco fosse leggero/vuoto ed avrebbe dovuto documentare l'apertura del pacco.
I nostri pacchetti sono sigillati in tutti i lati con nastro adesivo ed etichette (come dimostrano le sue foto) e questo basta per garantirci che per manometterne il contenuto deve essere aperto completamente e risulta difficile che nessuno tra lei, il corriere ed il punto di ritiro si siano accorti di questo.
E' basilare, quando si riceve un pacco, controllare al momento della consegna che non sia danneggiato o manomesso, come quando si acquista in un negozio fisico.

Obviously, as shown by the numerous reviews, we do not ship empty packages. Even though you did not write it here, you contacted us stating that you picked up a box described literally as "half-open" but did not report anything to the operator. The courier therefore reports a proper delivery and does not give us any possibility to contest anything. Furthermore, once in your hands, after noticing that the package was open, you should have also realized that the package was light/empty and should have documented the opening of the package. Our packages are sealed on all sides with adhesive tape and labels (as shown in your photos), and this is enough to guarantee that in order to tamper with the contents, it must be opened completely, and it is difficult for none of the parties—neither you, the courier, nor the pick-up point—to have noticed this. It is essential, when receiving a package, to check at the time of delivery that it is not damaged or tampered with, just as you would when shopping in a physical store.
