Not as per what is shown in their web page.. the flower Deisgn was not proper and irregular also the pedant was too long .. over all it was not as per expected and not as per what they show on their page.

Ordered a customized chain and letter alphabet chain, was eagerly awaiting but unfortunately the product turned out to be not of my expectations. Chain and locket both was in yellowish tone, stones in locket not of good quality and almost about to fall off, chain was not as shown in the picture. I placed order after checking if i can return the product if its not upto the standard quality and they confirmed the same. After receiving the product and paying cash on delivery, now they state about refund policies and escalating the issue.

Delivery took way longer than estimated. I was then away when delivery was done. My son took the items for me. When we came back from holiday today to give the gifts we ordered out I have noticed they are not sterling silver stamped as I was told they would be

When I open the mirha jewels I saw the chain.. my God it's too amazing just looking like a wow😍 that's for this Mirha jewels.. good job team❤️

Packaging could be better. The package I saw online was not the same as the package I received. I received a small bag but online, jewelry is placed in a box. Ruined the unboxing experience for me and made the necklace seem cheap.

The “i” in the name is not clear

I had ordered chain with birth flower, birthstone and name, but there was no birthstone in it. Dissapointed

I love the item, the only thing that I am concerned about is the size of the chain necklace much better there’s an option on it. In my case I will give it to a lady which is she wants a small chain necklace..but overall it’s great.

First of all client care & support was amazing , the necklace design was perfect very elegant & classy high quality but the earing was not that quality looks cheap comparing with the necklace especially the half moon one .

I didn’t get my order yet So what can I say about the experience?!!
