Average quality, very bad instructions manual
Package came in 2w instead of couple of days.
Wrong part was in the package, unable to assemble the bed.
Still waiting for replacement part.

Awful quality of the sofa
Awful quality of the sofa! I have never seen such poor quality! The instruction is not clear, number and size of the screws does not match with the instruction. The distance between holes does not match with other components, one screw is different than others and is impossible to use it. The material is dirty. One of pillow has a different size and color than the rest of pillows. Effectively I can’t assembly it right. I want to return the product!

Very fast delivery (6 days)
Very fast delivery (6 days). Only problem was it was only to front door of the building. Since I live alone it was bit harder to get it all in my apartment.
But quality of the furniture is very good. I will probably buy again some things.

Overall a good experience
Everything was fine except maybe that I could not arrange an appointment for the delivery but got a fixed day and time and if I was not present at this time at home, the entire delivery would get postponed by two weeks. After delivery I complained about the bad quality of some parts and got a refunding, that was ok.

I do not recommend product or company
I do not recommend product or the company. Contact with their customer service was horrible. Delivery process was a disaster.
There were parts missing, manual was skipping few steps. Parts were missing. Avoid this company!

I am happy with my order but I would only add that the worker should support ok bringing heavy boxes in the apartment.

The first delivery was only at the main door and there was no support to bring the boxes in the elevator and close to my door.
The second delivery workers were really supportive and helped me to bring the boxes inside my apartment. They were really heavy.
