I've been ordering from Mirraw for years and always satisfied with their products and services. I just placed an order, I was experiencing issues with completing the order and Uzer helped me. Uzer was on point, professional and very helpful.

Umar’s customer service was very quick and easy, very appreciated.

Ordered a royal blue booti suit costing £154.79 back in December and received it 3 weeks later since then I have been in touch with them as I was not happy with the quality of the material having paid a good amount expected good quality silk/satin material. The actual material is scratchy crepe and even on ironing creases are not coming out.
After being in contact with customer services for 3 months they have offered me 5% to be added to my wallet amount - which I thought was an insult so refused - let me tell you about their so called wallet amount which is given back to you as 50% of your order purchase but you can only use 20% of this amount on any one transaction which is a biggest con going in order for customers to keep ordering from them - which admittedly i have been caught up in but no more - the company are very reluctant to refund and expect customer to return at their own expense which from out of India works out more than what you have paid for an item in the first place.
They offer ridiculous amount in discount which is unrealistic.
Wish they would do away with wallet amounts price their goods reasonably and purchase good quality products and abide by thier returns policy rather than all this false claims and not living up to it.
Try and avoid ordering from this company if you want good quality outfits - in have found 2 really good ones in uk 🇬🇧 👍 reasonably priced quick service and excellent customer services plus returns and refunds are much easily accepted 👌

I was have issues with my payment and i reached out to the what’s app service team and Umar was really understanding, had fast replies, helped solve the problem and also made adjusts to my order for me too and said he will try to get my order delivered as soon as possible. Overall communication was amazing from him.

Only downside was the purple colour is not like the colour on your website.

I ordered a series and it was beautiful. Thos was my first time ordering from this site so I was a bit cautious. After I order it I got a notification that the payment didn't go through but the money was gone from my back so I obviously thought I was scammed. I actually don't know what happened. My bank stopped the payment and refunded it to me until further notice. I now have received yhe saree and it's beautiful and fits perfectly. I will be closing the dispute with my bank and ordering more from here. Thanks again 😍
