The mirror is beautiful but I was told…
The mirror is beautiful but I was told that I would be contacted to arrange delivery due to the large size. I received a shipping notice and emailed them asking for more info. I received no response and the mirror was delivered when we were away so it spent 2 days leaning against a shed in the snow. Communication is terrible.

Framed mirror is beautiful
Framed mirror is beautiful. Excellent quality materials, and top rate craftsmanship on the framing and overall build. Additionally, the packaging was very solid and very well done. The freight company though was amateur hour with missed delivery window, rude customer service contact, and general confusion on the freight company’s part. If this review were for the freight company, it would be no stars, or maybe one star as the mirror did ultimately arrive and arrived undamaged.
