Following a change in branding, we requested that Billy and his team make some changes to a marketing video so that the visuals were in keeping with brand guidelines. The updated video was delivered promptly and we were very happy with the overall service.

We had the pleasure of working with Miru Visuals over a 9-week period as they captured aerial photography and video for a project on behalf of our business, Sui Generis International. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and creativity were outstanding.

The final video they produced was nothing short of excellent—beautifully shot, expertly edited, and a true reflection of the project’s progress. Communication throughout the process was seamless, with every team member ensuring that updates and requirements were handled efficiently.

Miru Visuals were an absolute joy to work with. They interpreted the brief brilliantly and turned around a project in a very short amount of time. On the days of filming they were able to liaise with the staff professionally and efficiently to get the footage they needed. And to receive the final edits only requiring one amend is almost unheard of!

Billy has been great at helping us capture the essence of our architectural projects which we’ve historically struggled to photograph well. Miru have helped us significantly improve the quality of our portfolio and website as well as capturing some great drone footage. Billy is always professional and takes the time to work with us when there’s a specific shot or angle we’d like to focus on getting right.

Miru have also produced some CGIs for us which have been great quality, value for money and timely. They’re great at working with you to make sure the proposal looks as intended as well as showing detail in the context which helps create a more realistic visual.

After meeting with Billy and briefly discussing a new promo video his ideas were almost instant and creatively better than anything I could of come up with which really excited me.

On the day of the shoot they were on site early with a detailed story board to share with our staff so we all knew the plan. Considering it was a live work site the Miru team were almost invisible and captured some awesome footage leading to an epic finished product.

In addition to this the day was extended dramatically due to machinery issues and they were there till the very end with out any drop in quality or interest in our project.

Will defiantly be using them again!

I recently worked with Miru Visuals to showcase key project milestones and overall structural works capability. Miru Visuals were excellent in providing options for best content capture and were consistent with progress updates. We received the content within the specified time and they were very receptive to feedback. We are looking forward to working with them again on other projects!

From conception to completion, working with Miru3D has been a pleasure. We have received the imagery and footage exactly when we have expected it. Great photography and video captured by Billy!

Working with Billy and the team at Miru has been a great experience all round. Billy attended our placemaking photoshoot at Grand Union a few weeks ago and was able to get some great shots of the development and London skyline for our marketing collateral! A few of these shots have now been printed onto our hoarding because they were of such a high quality. We look forward to continuing to work with Miru :)

We used Miruvisuals for our Sustainability Report project, which included on-site filming and people interviews. We were really impressed with the service we received and happy and impressed with the end result.
The team listened to our brief clearly and captured everything we wanted to include, as well as suggesting ideas to make the best possible video.

The Miru team exceeded our expectations in terms of the visuals they produced and the customer service they exhibited. They ensured to clarify where the areas of the property were which we wished to accentuate in the material and their coverage was comprehensive. We also encountered some unforeseen circumstances which disrupted our schedule, though they were extremely accommodating and happy to adapt accordingly. I have now used Miru's services a few times since joining Jones Homes and the end result is always excellent. Liaising with them to get booked in and discussing the brief is always easy. I can tell from the time spent on site obtaining the correct and right amount of footage that the team really care about getting the job perfect. We have used Miru3d on a number of occasions: to provide high quality interrogable imagery as a record of condition prior to the commencement of construction works; to provide aerial images by drone survey of roofs and upper storeys of large and multi storey structures for survey and record purposes; to provide 360o walkthrough videos for client presentations with particular regard to newly completed projects and grade 1 listed buildings for record purposes. From the latter Miru have also provided us with measured survey CAD records.

Works have always been undertaken professionally and efficiently, Miru arranging permissions to fly in restricted air space where necessary.

The services offered have provided our clients with the opportunity to inspect areas of buildings that would otherwise be inaccessible, where it would not be possible to gain access for mobile elevating work platforms and where the reach of cherry picker booms would be insufficient to reach the heights or widths engendered in the surveys at significant savings in cost and risk and providing a quality of imagery that is second to none.

Miru3d offer a high quality service providing property professionals with outcomes and data of a standard that is significantly more cost efficient than alternatives hitherto available.
