4. After 10 days, they inform me that they sent an add-on (which they do have) by mail.

Great service and staff

Great service and staff. I receive the nanni heat exchanger. It was packed extremely well. It came within 4 working days of ordering to Ireland by DHL. I fitting it that day so very little down time on the boat very competitive on price

Three (3) orders placed - (3) three times disappointed

I have ordered (3) three times from MISCO SRL various for my boat parts and had several troubles:
1. Order 700000410/3.3.2019 for 247,34 euro
2. Order 700003557/1.2.2022 for 304,94 euro
3. Order 447395/14.2.2025 for 507,53 euro.
I will herewith stop doing business with them as I am 100% convinced that they are kind of scams. In last order they have intentionally and unilaterally amended my already invoiced order, which was paid to them in full. No refund has been made to me for the non available item: sku: YAN704571-92605, charged to me 148,50 euro.
WARNING:
When doing business with MISCO SRL, you should expect:
- No response to your emails or whatsapp messaging
- No refund on purchases
- Misleading item prices (not VAT incl)
- Incomplete shipments with missing items
- Extensive delays (for months)
- Language difficulties for international buyers
- Frustration

Read a lot of reviews that had me…

Read a lot of reviews that had me concerned about this business. I also thought after ordering they only did B2B but also B2C after talking to someone which was good to know. Easy to get in touch with, helpful colleagues. Just 3 stars as wasted my time with an error in their website about stock. Turns out the product I ordered was out of stock. It's taken a couple of days of following up to get to this point. Overall though, with the exception of not getting the product and awaiting a refund (pending - up to 5 days), 3/5 stars. If this error hadn't have happened I would have given them 4 or 5 stars.

Service was great to start with. Then when my order was delivered wrong its been 3 months now and still not had my correct order delivered. Not even any acknowledgement
