Bad customer experience (may be the worst ever)
I ordered a collar for my dog on 17 May 2023. The order confirmation email stated that I should receive it between 31 May - 1 June. I submitted a ticket on 3 June. They said they will look into it. On 5 June I followed it up again and asked them to provide an update. On 9 June 2023 they responded stating that they would get back to me. On 12 June I received an email stating that the ticket will be closed automatically. I reminded them they did not take care of my issue at all. 13 June Miscota representative stated that I should sign a declaaration form that "I do not recognize the name/signature on the delivery note." . I replied the same day stating "I did not receive any delivery notes either". Same day they sent me another form about Spring, their courier. I filled that form on 19 June, stating that I did not receive any parcel, I also requested a refund. Same day Miscota responded stating that they contacted Spring and my delivery is on its way to the destination country. They also referenced a link which is the same link in the order confirmation email from Miscota all the way back in 17 May. I replied and reminded Miscota that they have the following statement on their order confirmation email from 17 May, which is -> "Receive it between the 31/05/2023 and the 01/06/2023". Requested a refund and the reason is they did not deliver on their promise at all.
In the end, I am left as an unsatisifed, frustrated customer. I regret so much placing an order on Miscota' s website. Will never do that again.
Still did not receive the parcel nor the refund.
UPDATE - 30 June 2023
Ten days later, Miscota wanted to close the ticket (again). I told them that I requested a refund and they did not take any action. Then they requested me to fill the same Spring courier form again (!) , which I sent already on 19 June. Unbelievable. I don' t believe they do have any kind of order management process in place at all.
No refund for defective product
Sold me a defective product (Petsafe Feeder), would not respond to my request for a refund, and also would not publish my 1 star review of the product.

My cat Mimmi who's gone through both Chemo and Enterectomy for a GI Lymphoma last year loves Schesir cat soup. And what Mimmi wants- Mimmi gets! Problem is that I couldn't find Schesir cat soup anywhere here in the UK. So when I found out that Miscota supplies the soup I was more than happy to order a smaller quantity to see if it would arrive within the promised time frame.
I was positively surprised! It took a total of 10 days from when I made the order until it was delivered to our door. And since it was a tracked delivery I could follow the order.
I will definitely order a larger order next time. Its a highly recommended company 10/10👌
And most important: A happy Cat is a happy owner ❤️
Company Gone bust, they will continue to take your money
This Company has hone bust, Nothing instock, but you have the cheek to continue selling it from your website, with out marking it out of stock, or that you have gone bust Its taken them over a week to let me know thats its out of stock, then the refund, Ive been told allow 3-5 days for it to clear, the problem is I paid it by PayPal, it's been 3days now and no sign of the refund process as from yet, stretching the 3-5day even further more, this is bad management for your business, also you have lost a customer that is no longer trusting you anymore, all down to your bad customer service.
Customer service is terrible, they have already stopped replying to emails.

Zini loves the Purina Gourmet Crystal Soup. It has a lot of liquid in the packet which is good for hydration as she doesn’t have a lot of water. The service was immediate and effective when I raised a question with respect to an issue at my end.

This company stole my money through the shipping costs by refusing to refund shipping for items which THEY DID NOT SHIP because they claimed they were out of stock while they were in stock on the website. I paid $77 for shipping! I would provide screenshots, but I can't, so I will do my best to be as detailed as possible.
April 18th, 2023: I placed my order for 3 boxes of chinchilla pellets, 3 packages of Timothy hay, and 1 straw tunnel. The shipping rate was $77 and I noticed the shipping rate depended on how many items I added to my cart. The more items the higher the shipping.
April 28th, 2023: The customer support emailed me saying that the straw tunnel was missing and I could either wait or ship the rest of the items. I opted to wait.
May 8th, 2023: They sent me an email saying they had a stock issue and will only send me 2 boxes of pellets, 2 packages of hay, along with the straw tunnel and they will refund me the missing items. I asked if they will also refund the shipping for those. They said yes. I have email proof.
May 9th, 2023: Order has been shipped.
May 12th, 2023: I received a refund of $10 which I didn't notice at the time.
May 25th, 2023: My order has arrived.
May 30th, 2023: I checked my transactions and notice that the refund of $10 covered only the price of the two missing items. I paid the full $77 for shipping even though two items were missing.
May 31st, 2023: I contact Miscota about this. They are totally dismissive about the fact that they charged me shipping for two items that were not shipped! The business did not incur any expenses for the items that were not shipped, so where did my money that was supposed to be used to ship those products go?? In their pockets? They avoid the question and keep stating that they do not refund shipping once the order has been shipped, yet I am not asking for a full refund on shipping. I am asking for a partial refund for the items that were not shipped! Where is my money? And I also have email proof where they stated that they would refund my shipping for those items!
So the moral of the story is that Miscota are sneaky and try to take your money in hidden ways. They do not deliver what is promised and use this to take your money. Do not buy from this company. They refuse to give me back my hard-earned money. I hope their business fails.
Good delivery service
I had to buy food urgently for my pet that was not available in my country. Miscota estimated a 2-week delivery turnaround time. I ordered on 12 May and items arrived on 24 May and in good condition. I do wish that there was a cheaper delivery option. Right now, the delivery fee is almost twice as much as the cost of the product, making it very expensive.
I would give it 5 stars if their customer service response time was better. My enquiries were sent on 11 May and I only received satisfactory replies to all my questions on 17 May, by which time I had already decided to go ahead with my purchase (on 12 May).
Horrible, lying customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. They will lie to you. They will send you orders that you canceled. Then they will take 14 days to refund you because that's the "legal" limit.
The customer service agent may include their name, but often will not, and they will lie about this too.

My order was going to be a little late, I was appraised of the situation and given several ideas to complete my order. Having decided to wait , I was notified regularly as to what was happening, the order is now on its way to me.

Scam? Misleading delivery and communication
This company uses very misleading communication. The Swiss page for this website as well as pricing info make appear that the goods will be shipped from Switzerland, with no indication for additional delivery costs (customs). Thus I was surprised to have to pay customs and even more surprised that Miscota refused to reimburse the costs and goods.
At least tell your customer upfront where the goods will be shipped from so they can make an informed decision.
all ordered dog foods arrived damaged
in bullet points to not waste any more life time on this company - do NOT buy from them!
1, we ordered 10x cans of dog food
after placing the order were informed we would not receive them for another 10 days
2, the courier service Miscota use - GLS - pretended to have been at our house twice before refusing to deliver again and asking us to come and collect from an address 40min drive away.
3, when the packages did finally arrive the box was not padded out and all 10x tins are damaged - some (a lot!) more than others
Miscota refuse to collect them and reimburse and instead said that they were not cracked so are still vacuum, hence the food contained can still be consumed. it is a well known fact that damaged cans contents should not be consumed.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! Do not buy from this company! They discretley cut the quantity from 30 to 15 and DOUBLED THE PRICE! Trying to cancel and order and get a refund is impossible. I hope I can prevent someone from getting screwed like we did!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Sent incomplete order despite me saying not to. Still charged full postage and admin fee. Instructed me to refuse delivery to cancel order and get refund. Now that I have done that, they won't refund me and say the onus is on me to prove the order was returned to their warehouse. So poor.

I ordered a dog training collar but I didn’t receive it. I emailed them and they responded that the would contact the courier and get back to me but I heard nothing. I emailed again and this time they said that it had been delivered. I emailed yet again stating that I hadn’t received it and they responded that they would contact the courier again. Still nothing, so I emailed again and was told that as it was a tracked service, no signature was required and that it was delivered. I phoned GLS ire and a nice gentleman told me that it was entered into the system by Miscota but NOT handed over to them (so how could miscota say that it had been delivered when GLS hadn’t even been given it) he also told me that the last 3 letters of the tracking number (POW) was actually P-zero-w which struck me as deliberately fraudulent or at best misleading on Miscotas behalf. Luckily for me I had paid through PayPal, so I set up a dispute and got my refund the next day. A lot of wasted time on my part, not to mention the frustration and annoyance too. I definitely won’t be using miscota again.
Cat food never delivered and no refund issued
I've purchased Royal canin cat food in November 2022. It was never delivered and probably lost. Since the purchase I have endless correspondences with customer support but no refund or solution. In February they've asked for a form for lost package which was sent on 21st of February. They've asked up to 30 days to investigate. After 30 days I've sent a reminder email and in return I was said that I have to fill in a form and send it to them. Feels like I'm stuck in a loop
