Fantastic products, and even better customer service. Misen should be the gold standard these days for how to deal with customers 10/10!
From the jump, the customer experience & service have been second to none. From the email reminder that "something is still in your cart" to the step-by-step updates post purchase, eventually ending with me reaching out because my order was inadvertently short. They immediately made it right. I've hardly gotten to use them yet, but all the products seem to be of high-quality thus far, too.

I received my Misen chef knife as a gift more than 5 years ago and couldn’t be happier! I have used it on a daily basis since receiving. Was sad to see the tip break off while i was cutting a pepper and figured I would reach out to Misen. To my surprise, they offered to send me a brand new replacement! I couldn’t be happier and this is makes my decision easier when it comes to purchasing new cookware in the near future! Kudos, Misen!

Solid pots and pans and good customer service!
I bought a set of Misen knives around 2018. At that time the company was offering free life time sharpening. They have now reneged on this part of the deal. They will not honor their offer of free life time sharpening. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC.
I ordered the Misen 8 & 10” carbon nonstick pans hoping they would be nonstick enough without the toxic chemicals. They are excellent. Even for eggs. I did have an issue where the 8” arrived damaged. Misen customer service was great and replaced it quickly with no hassle.
Carbon non-stick are the best pans I have ever used. So easy to use and take care of, and no PFAS coatings. There customer support is also top notch. Reached out when part of my order was missing, and they replaced it right away. Great company, great products.
Easy to use and find what I wanted. I ended up buying 5 knives and with discounts and free shipping I saved over 100 dollars. Knives arrived quickly and on time.
Misen is great at communicating, and creates great products (quality, style, function) . I appreciate the good sale prices as well.
I bought one of their carbon nonstick pans to try it. It was all of the things I was looking for, being non toxic, nonstick, lightweight and evenly heating. I decided to buy one for everyone in the family for Christmas. Though there was a problem with shipping, their customer service made it right. Everyone makes mistakes but the way they fix them is what means the most.
I have purchased Misen pans as well as their Dutch ovens. I’ve been extremely impressed with the quality. I had a minor issue with one of my orders any their customer service responded right away and resolved the issue. I will definitely continue ordering from Misen!
Nope I received 2 each of the 8” and 10” pans 2 months ago. I don’t cook a lot since there’s only 2 of us so I would say my use of these is way below average. I’ve been cooking for 40 years and have used a lot of different brands of cookware. I cannot sufficiently express what a disappointment these are. I’ve used this particular pan maybe 15x in 2 months and cooked nothing unusual, sticky, or weird. I never cook above a medium heat (I use a grill for charring) and never leave anything unattended. We don’t have a dishwasher so everything is cleaned by hand without harsh chemicals or rough sponges. So you can see by the pictures why I’m particularly upset that these pans have not held up to even the most basic of use. Bottom line - buy something else.
Since leaving this review (that they sought out) on their website and Facebook with pics, customer service said they will reach out to “make it right”. One month later, I have still not received any further contact from Misen. Their sub-par customer service is in line with the sub-par quality of their cookware.
I purchased a set of Misen carbon nonstick pans and have had a mostly-frustrating experience with them, finding them not to live up to their promises. Correspondingly, I left a negative review on Misen's page. Instead of posting the review to their product page, I was "contacted" by customer service to see how they could help (they haven't responded since I answered their automated questions). A day later, they've allowed several one-line five star reviews to make it to their page, but mine still hasn't posted. Clearly they're withholding non-glowing reviews from their site.
There was a small hiccup in our order from Misen. When I contacted Customer Service, Renn responded within an hour and resolved the issue immediately. This is the fastest and most satisfying response I’ve ever had from a Customer Service department. Thank you, Renn and Misen.
The customer service team was extremely helpful and responded super quickly (even on christmas eve! Was not expecting a response!) I love the items I’ve gotten so far and am looking forward to my preorder! Will definitely shop with them again!
Ordered a couple stainless pans and one of them had some rough marks from the polishing process. Reached out to Misen and they handled the issue immediately and sent out a new pan. Beyond impressed with their customer service; the new pans work beautifully!
I have been a Misen customer for several years and have purchased approximately 15 items. I have always been extremely happy with all my purchases if they were for me or as gifts. Recently I contacted customer service to assist in the purchase of a couple of Christmas presents. Andrea was my customer representative. She was excellent! She responded quickly, answered my questions, and was very professional and polite!! Highly recommend Andrea and this company!
I ordered the carbon steel pans and preordered the lids. I didn't realize that the pans wouldn't ship until the preordered lids did, until I was done and read it clearly stated on the website. I reached out to see if there was something they could do to help and I was immediately offered a solution and extra kindnesses. I'm gonna stick with Misen, not just for quality products, but for the care they put into their customers. Thank you
