Very clear web site, easy to order the exact combination of pans I wanted, and reasonably fast delivery.
The Misen Carbon pan seemed very promising, but the policies and service of the company ruined everything. They refused to refund import duties, whereas in Denmark these can easily be reclaimed through the government. In addition, their return policy is opaque and confusing. I had to write them multiple times just to get a clear answer, and it took nearly a week for them to respond. This isn’t just inconvenient, it is a lack of respect towards customers outside the U.S. If you’re ordering internationally, expect extra costs, unclear terms, and slow support. A decent pan doesn’t make up for a company that doesn’t care about basic fairness. I won’t buy from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in Europe.
The site was well organized and it was easy to navigate to the things that I needed. In this instance it was a warranty claim followed by a an order for a replacement knife. All in all an easy straightforward flow.
Placed an order online for a sauce pan to be shipped to my son and accidentally put incorrect shipping address when order was placed. Sent them an email to get corrected and they took care of my mistake and made me a happy mom!!! Will be ordering from this company again just because of service provided before order ever received by son ❤️
Amazing customer service!
I am impressed by the way that Misen stands behind its products, making returns as easy as possible, with quick response times and simple ways of initiating a return. I have loved having and using a Misen Dutch oven for four years, but when the inside developed a chip recently, which made it unsafe to use, Misen quickly issued a refund. I wish all companies had Misen's level of customer service. In particular, Renn was amazingly attentive to my queries and offered help at every turn.
I had some technical difficulties with completing a purchase for a deep sale item and reached out to Renn and the good people at Misen. Renn went above and beyond to honor the price and made my Christmas shopping easy for my wife. We have many Misen pans. They compare well with so many of our best ones like Le Creuset, Tramontina, All Clad, etc.
Glitch with Black Friday deal and they honored the Black Friday price. Great customer service.
Customer service was very helpful and accommodating when I recently wanted to add a few more items to an existing order, part of which had already shipped. I first made my request via the Misen website over a weekend, and a very courteous chat-bot got back to me immediately to let me know that since it couldn't complete my request itself, it would be referring my request to a human who could provide a more detailed response. Someone responded the next day and the email exchanges from that point on were very helpful; even though the existing order couldn't be changed, customer service found a work-around and I'm totally satisfied with the outcome and the help I received. Misen is the best!

I bought 2 pans allready and I am very happy that I did. I hope these indeed are for very long time use, like in the old days, instead of coated pans that need to be replaced every 3 years which makes this a far better investment.
I have been a customer of Misen for a number of years. I gave their knives as gifts after we bought several and discovered how amazing they are. This year, I discovered their cookware, both stainless steel, and their new Dutch oven. Because of my confidence in the quality of their products I ordered a number of the cookware pieces as Christmas presents. Additionally, I had never had a problem with any orders from them, but when I had an order glitch and contacted them, they immediately responded positively and reinforced my confidence, not only in the quality of their products, but in the quality of their customer service. They are an amazing company.

After a fair amount of research into carbon steel cookware, I determined that the Misen carbon steel 8 and
12 inch frying pans would work well in terms of safety and ease of use. Customer service could not have been more prompt or helpful in addressing an issue after my purchase. The company values their customers.
I love my stainless steel pots! They have been holding up well over the past month and I've had zero issues with them. They heat up quickly on a medium-high heat and clean up easily afterwards. While they are dishwasher safe, I've only handwashed them so far. The handles stay cool while I'm heating them and they aren't too heavy. They are a great investment and I'm so glad I purchased them. I didn't have the best experience with the carbon steel pans...in my experience they weren't very nonstick. However, they had a 60 day return window and the return process could not have been easier. Glad I was able to try them out, but they weren't for me. That said, I would absolutely purchase Misen products again!

I ordered their new nonstick carbon pan and it was completely defective, everything stuck, and the pan degraded quickly on low heat cooking. When I initiated a return through their service, two weeks passed with no reply from them. I had to email them again to reinitate the return. They gave me a very short time frame to return the item and did not send the shipping label, I had to request one, further delaying the process. Mysteriously, my review of the pan disappeared from their website, which explains the near 5-star review they enjoy for this pan. I feel scammed and my time wasted.
