I gave 2 stars for the quality of the item was good. However, sizing for their rings are so off, does not match dimensions they show on their site. But the biggest disappointment was having to pay DHL for custom fees for US delivery after I already paid shipping upfront with my order. They sent an email that they handled it through a third party and all is good but it was not accurate. As I had to pay separately to have DHL release my order and make delivery when it hit stateside. I was infuriated by the nonchalant attitude to this issue. Even though the item was nice it was not worth the hassle.

Exceptional service and exquisite jewelle
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to share how amazing my experience with MISHO was. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and reached out to their customer service, expecting the usual slow and frustrating process you get with most brands. But to my surprise, they responded super quickly, were incredibly kind, and sorted everything out without any fuss. They replaced the item almost immediately and made the whole thing so smooth and stress-free.
And the jewellery itself? Absolutely stunning — the quality and finish are exquisite, even more beautiful in person. It’s rare to find a brand that combines such thoughtful design with genuinely outstanding service. MISHO has truly won me over!

Do not recommend
Tried to send a bracelet as a present to my goddaughter in Italy and got charged 15 euro for postage then had to pay another 30 euro in customs fees and spend weeks trying to get the item delivered. When I contacted customer services they were very unhelpful and the whole experience was awful. The item is still stuck in customs as they insist on me providing a business tax code for Italy before it can be released which i obviously do not have as I'm not Italian. Do not buy from this brand
