My dress came later than expected but the dress was beautiful and so high quality. I originally purchased a dress from them in October 2025 but I canceled the order after reading the horrible reviews online but something told me to give them another shot. And I’m very glad I did. The products are not as described in comparison to the price tag.
Their policies breach online services and are using AI generated responses in emails which never actually provide you with a way to return an order.
Refunds are not processed and you are left with an unsuitable product (thats if and once you receive one) and out of pocket as you will never receive your money back.
Do not order multiple options or sizes if you are going to order but my advice is do not order. We need to ensure places like this are held to regulations and not able to scam more innocent customers.
