Your dress won’t fit
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I had previously bought a dress from this website and it was lovely. So I decided to tell my mom to get one (for the same wedding).
Mom’s came so much too small that she could barely zip it, and when we did manage to zip it, it was so tight across the back that she literally could not move her arms.. It was absolutely not wearable.
I emailed them, hoping for a solution. They offered no solutions and refused any refund. I then asked if they could at least send some extra fabric so we could try to get a local tailor to make it wearable. They said they would, but then never did. That was 3 months ago; I’ll been following up regularly. They finally just stopped responding.
Stupidly, I thought maybe my mom’s was a fluke and I decided to order another dress for myself for a different occasion. This time, mine is even more too small than my mom’s. It’s far too tight to even zip at the top, and even with it only partially zipped, I also can’t move my arms. Of course, they refused any refund. I have once again asked for some fabric to see if a tailor here could manage to make it fit. They have said they’ll send it, but I’m not holding my breath since they never sent it for my mom’s, after months of promising that they would.
None of their fabric stretches at all, and they clearly tailor things very tight, so you can’t move your arms. I realized the only reason my first dress worked was because it’s sleeveless. But when I wore it, I realized that the bodice part is tailored so snugly, that if it did have sleeves, I wouldn’t have been able to move.
I highly recommend you don’t order from this company. The chances that your dress won’t fit are high, and the chance that they’ll do anything about it or offer a refund is absolutely zero. It’s just too risky.
