Next day delivery not guaranteed
I made a purchase that I expected the next day. When it did not arrive I emailed customer services. They explained I had missed the cut off for next day and that royal mail were not guaranteeing next day deliveries due to the amount of people using their service due to Covid. The assistant apologised and refunded me my delivery costs which was nice & appreciated
