Absolutely awful service sent the wrong item, then they wouldn’t exchange it, as it was just sitting around i worn it once and it broke i got back in touch and was sent a rude email, never order from this site. better quality jewels on tiktok shop!!!!

Order took 2 weeks to arrive, missed my daughter’s birthday. Emailed to ask for an update, got one response back but no further updates. Order arrived, 4 days later chain on necklace broke and the back of the cross is already going copper colour (this has been worn for 3 days by this point and not on water or with perfumes) . Poor quality for a ridiculous price. Will never order again, such a shame as my daughter had been wanting stuff from here for such a long time.

Emailed them as I had not received my item , I had an email back telling me it was delivered and the driver had pin pointed my address and has photographic evidence

Horrendous experience. I advised I had not received my order and gave them another chance as I did not receive an order from last year. I was horrified when I received a reply from one of their agents Andrew Stockton saying " DON'T YOU THINK ABOUT IT". Then stated "I'M REPORTING YOU". I have never been so shocked in all my life 😢😢😢

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I emailed them to say I did not receive my order and they emailed back saying it's not their fault. Didn't even offer to chase it up. When I messaged them in instagram they blocked me. Do not order from these people.

The delivery was quick and I loved the 3 piece set in pink. I will be ordering from here again :)

I love my order but the cross I got is wonky, I sent a picture and have emailed twice asking if i can send it back and get a replacement. I have had no response- very disappointing

I bought the Kimmie Silver Bangle Bracelet, lovely bracelet. However, the clasp didn't line up correctly so unable to close the bracelet on my wrist. Emailed customer service, after a few emails back and fourth, including pictures and a video of the faulty bracelet, they wanted me to return the bracelet for inspection at my own cost! They basically didn't believe me that it was faulty. In the end, I advised them the bracelet would be going in the bin as if I returned, I'd only be left with around £3 refund overall after paying for the order shipping and the return shipping. VERY disappointing customer service!

if I could give 0 I would! Terrible terrible terrible Customer service ! The person has been rude and abrupt and not have not gave me a solution. Jewlery was dirty/rusted and green both times I’ve ordered from them

Ordered 2 of the drip boxes for Christmas and couldn’t be happier with them! 3 months on no tarnishing….beautiful pieces of jewellery and my daughter abolsutely loves them she wears hers everyday (she’s 13)! Will definitely be buying more!!!

Ordered a mystery box from miss drip and the delivery was sooo quick! The items are beautifully packaged in individual tie bags and once opened I couldn’t not get over how sparkly and elegant the items are, I received a few items and have worn them all I especially love the cross pendant, would 100% recommend!!!!
